I was helping my daughter look for a car and stumbled across this car on Cars.com. I don't buy cars from just anyone. They have to be someone that is honest and I feel like I can trust. From our first conversation on the phone through my daughter signing the paperwork Butch was wonderful. Not only did we get in very good used Carter at a good price, County Auto Network made the experience really easy and pleasant. Later I found out that friends of ours from church have bought from Butch in the past. In fact they were looking at the same car my daughter bought for their youngest son.

Most organized I have ever been, and helps having it all covered! Drives great, and helps cutting my fuel bill! Plus it helps having low miles, and knowing it got plenty of miles to go!

Great work van, smooth, lots of power, fully loaded with Bluetooth phone connectivity, cruise control, power mirrors, audio controls on steering wheel! 6.0 V8 engine, lots of room in the Cab and Cargo area! Good looking van!

Butch has made finding and buying an automobile online a personable, pleasant, straight forward and trustworthy transaction! We started our dialogue over the weekend via text which he is super fast to reply and come Monday we bought a truck. The vehicles he has available are ones he has examined in detail, scrutinized mechanicaly as well as cosmetically. Each vehicle is one that he himself would feel comfortable driving himself as well as selling to a prospective customer. We felt so comfortable with County Auto Network/Butch, that we drove from two hours away to get what we consider to be a gem of a truck for it's age.

I have been going there for a long time now and as youngish woman who’s not rich - I can tell you I have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy! Scott had been my sales man and is great with his knowledge of the vehicles and explained how all the gadgets work and even went over and beyond for me! He communication is excellent and he is upfront and honest as it gets :) He work With my schedule and makes me feel at home while waiting on word from the bank. Scott always explained the paperwork and what it meant and why - which was so nice for him to take the time and do that with me. I have been to other dealerships years ago and most sales people Would Look at Me and see tomboy and think I’m not worth their time or effort and blow me off. Mike the financial guy was also great, he did his best for me & I know because I saw all the work he was doing and he explained things very well also. Especially with the extended warranty - Which is nice because some will just say “ call them yourself to see what’s covered on the vehicle “. They got me one that cover specifics that I needed for the future :) Lastly even when I would pop in to drop of papers or whatever reason- if Scott wasn't there, The other sales men still got my Questions answered and treated me very well. I would recommend anyone go there and they will have a better experience purchasing a vehicle then they have elsewhere and not feel ripped off …. Which we all know is nice - !! Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.
