She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. Dre was great. We came in a few times and drove a few different vehicles before selecting a car. He offered to help us find financing but I was able to get a competitive rate with the credit union so we went that route. There was no pressure, no salesman attitude and we really just talked about cars, kept it very casual so after driving like 10 cars elsewhere, I kept thinking man I’d rather work with the guys at Divan. So, came back and purchased a Range Rover. Diesel, runs great and looks good. I’d come back again.

I wasn't Quite ready, I had A trade Bob advised me with patience and kindness the best way to handle my trade. I had A lot of questions, Bob was very personable. Through out this entire process the line of communication was always open, as busy as Bob and Chad are, they answered every text and every call. I worked Out my trade and was ready to buy. My wife Casey and I flew to Auto Direct all the way from Georgia. We got to Auto Direct and was amazed, this dealership is a Corvette candy store, wall to wall of pristine Corvettes. We purchased a 2017 Black Rose Z06 3LZ Corvette! My wife and I have had many car purchase experiences, this purchase has by far been the easiest, and most personable. I highly Recommend Auto Direct.

Had a great experience buying my C6 manual from auto direct corvettes 7 years ago. Was totally impressed with their family business most amazing corvette showroom. Wanted to update my 2008 with a 2018 Chad & bob always responded to any of my needs & requests during the last 7 years , I have purchased many corvette over the years. Their service is by far the best of all. Was impressed with their inventory listing I live in new Jersey went to the showroom to see the options which I must say was very specific. Manual. Low miles. Unique color. Never saw so many at one dealership. Their staff is always very welcoming , Everyone is very knowledgeable & assisting. That special one was in the middle of their spectacular showroom. Absolutely perfect. Bob gave me all the info. Chad did all the paperwork , Stacy & Bonnie always smile , go out of their way to accommodate in every way. Buying my 2 nd Z06 manual. WOW. This buying experience a perfect 10 ! Definitely recommend to everyone. , What could be better 50 year experience , Family biz. 3 generations. Customer service I to several corvette clubs. Many have purchased from auto direct all happy !

2015 Chevrolet Corvette review
Having had many “sports” cars, I never appreciated corvettes as I do now. The overall experience has been a “10” reliability and response are excellent. I opted out if a c8 for the c7 and was not disappointed It is pure corvette, no mid engine , rear wheel drive . A real American experience, I luv it !!

Glenn was a great salesman. Felt no pressure at any time and was extremely insightful/helpful during the whole process. He even followed up a couple weeks later to see how I was liking the new Truck. Tony from the financing end was great as well and extremely accommodating. Drove over 2 hours to this dealership because of the customer service, and it was well worth it. Whenever the time comes to buy a new car again, I will go to this dealership as long as I can work with Glenn & Tony again.
