Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

I ordered a 2LT HTC Z-51 w/Mag ride w/selective control. I chose the front lift, along with some Tridents and full length stripes. The automobile is a engineering marvel. I road tripped home from museum delivery KY-IN, then after break-in...Route 66 to Parhump, NV to attend RFDS. I now have 24K smiles on it and ZERO problems. The C-8 is a factory racecar/track monster/daily driver. I am proud to say I work for GM and help in the manufacturing of the C-8, I am also a proud owner.

Took delivery in April 2021. Covered 9,700+ miles in first year. Very reliable only issue has been GPS which required a new sim card under warranty. Fantastic performance and very comfortable for long road trip days. We did a 16 day vacation tour to the Finger Lakes and Niagara and had no problem carrying our luggage. 28 mpg on long runs.

I recently purchased a 2025 Ford F-150 Lariat from Crossroads Ford of Lumberton, and I couldn?t be happier with how smooth and efficient the entire process was. I arrived at the dealership around 4:00 PM and by 7:30 PM, the deal was finalized, paperwork signed, and I was driving off the lot in my new truck ? even though the dealership was scheduled to close at 7:00 PM. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mrs. Rose, my salesperson. I explained that I was interested in either a Ford Ranger, Explorer, or F-150. She first directed me to the Rangers, and after looking them over, I was able to eliminate that option. We then looked at the Explorers and eliminated those as well. Finally, we moved on to the F-150s, where she took the time to walk me through the different trim levels they had in stock. It didn?t take long for me to identify the make, model, and trim that fit exactly what I was looking for ? the F-150 Lariat. Mrs. Rose took me on a thorough test drive, explaining the features along the way. We even pulled over during the drive so she could walk me around the exterior and go over additional interior and exterior features in detail. I really appreciated the time she took to make sure I fully understood what the truck had to offer. When we returned to the dealership, she quickly brought back pricing numbers. I had made it clear from the beginning that I am not a fan of the traditional car-buying back-and-forth process and prefer straightforward, simple pricing. Mrs. Rose truly listened. We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.

I'm floored by the bad reviews of Discovery Auto. I almost didn't go because of it. However, I had my heart set on a Cadillac they had. I live in Clearwater so its about a 45 minute drive. I called the sales line and got Maurice. I told him exactly what I wanted. He desperately tried to get me the deal. However I know that dealership was telling the truth about that car because I had been looking at that model for 2 months. They did have the best price hence why I drove out. Unfortunately I couldn't talk them down but the manager Jonah came out to tell me why. I didn't feel like he was lying because I have Google and verified literally everything he said. So I moved down a notch to accommodate my budget comfortably. And I LOVE my new Camaro. I also want to say that the dealership has cars that will blow you away. Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz audis, bmws, literally every high-end car you can think of and they are clean- clean. But back to the bad reviews. I saw one review that a lady was upset she only got one key. I only got one key to my car. So I asked my salesman where's the other key? And his response was we can't control what the previous owner brings in. Which absolutely makes sense. My previous owner also didn't bring in the owner's manual. But I can't fault the dealership for something like that. I also saw a review that somebody gave him a one-star because they didn't get approved. That is not the dealerships fault. I'm not saying that they didn't feel slighted. But I HATE being lied to. So with that being said... go check it out for yourself. Ask for Maurice.
