The woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. All around a great experience. Really great staff and service members. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. We came in and initially were met by Sal. He was a delight. He then directed us to Kevin, one of the salesmen. What a pleasure! Kevin was so nice. We discussed what I was looking for, and he already knew what he had to show me. We took a couple test drives, and he knew every detail about each vehicle. He knew I was specific about certain features, so he made sure to show me exactly what the vehicle featured that would spark my interest. He saw the condition of my trade and knew that I take great care of my trucks. So, he made sure to let me know that the material of the new vehicle's interior, required a specific way of cleaning to avoid any damage to the microfiber suede. Those are details that customers appreciate. Kevin was so thorough. We decided on the Acadia Denali Ultimate and upon pickup, Kevin made sure he did another thorough run through. This vehicle had some new features my prior truck did not have so he wanted to make sure I was comfortable navigating its system. We had some great conversations while we waited on paperwork. He was very personable. I cannot recommend Kevin enough to purchase a vehicle from. I could go on about our experience, but overall, it was amazing and I highly recommend Kevin & Banks for your next purchase.

As a young woman with 3 kids and a full time job, Tony Dillberg made this transaction so seamless as well as Aiden in Finance, & Paul who was there when I was taking the car home - he sat in the car with me and walked me through all the features - he helped set up my app. He explained everything very clearly and professionally. The woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. All around a great experience. Really great staff and service members. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast. They were organized, informative, ready to answer any questions and made it very clear that they will help without hesitation even after the car is off the lot. The man who came with me for the test drive (I wish I could remember his name maybe Kain) was also amazing, informative, & helpful to navigate me on a low traffic route at rush hour. I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.
