I needed warranty work done on my truck. They were incredibly easy to get an appointment with online - and I got a confirmation email pretty quick. They also were able to give me a new truck to drive while I had my work completed.
Something cool too - it was done before they promised. Which never happens at dealerships. Definitely recommend Amery Chevrolet.
Our entire buying process all began by searching the internet for a Corvette Stingray Convertible, after seeing "ours" for sale at your dealership I knew immediately that I liked it. I was greeted with top-notch customer service, which began with a couple phone calls. We inserted your address on the navigation which indicated Amery, WI was 57 minute drive away, so off we went and when we arrived my wife looked at it with a big grin. Like the old saying, "Happy wife, happy life" and I was really happy too! That small town friendliness and likability brought back many memories of better times. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and you have set the highest of standards I have ever experienced compared to any other dealerships! The drive home was awesome and many heads were turning, probably in disbelief that we had this fine looking Corvette Stingray Convertible out during the winter with the salty roads. When we arrived home, we both detailed it back to showroom condition and put it to rest under its cover! Admittedly the cover has been off a few times since then for the "imagination" drive. Samantha, Adam and John made the overall experience fantastic! Thanks again for helping us in achieving our dream...
Service was performed as expected in a timely fashion. Service writer was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and insuring repairs resolved the issue. I would highly recommend them for future service work.
Chase Paulson is the man to see if you need a new vehicle! Great experiance at the dealership in New Richmond! Very friendly and not pushy like anywhere else. Employees are always helpful and have excellent customer service skills. The service center always delivers great customer service. Almost always have loaner car available so that I don't have to miss work to wait for my vehicle.
My wife and I had an unbelievably GREAT experience with Tim Phares ¿ He was very patient with us and did not make us feel rushed which was huge for us with getting the vehicles we truly wanted. He went above and beyond with how well he treated us from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend making an appointment with Tim!

Everyone at the dealership is so kind and friendly. We have never had such a good experience purchasing and getting service work done as we have at Whitaker Buick! So glad that Josh made such a good impression when he approached us in the lot.
I really felt good about this experience. In the past car purchases, I never felt really good about the experience, but this time was different. Paul made me feel at home and everyone at the dealership was similar. Very low-key low pressure atmosphere. Just a bunch of folks trying to genuinely help people find a good vehicle at a decent price. This is my first GMC. I am very excited and pleased with it.
Dan, our sales guy was honest, personable and worked hard to find us a car that we would love. This was the first car buying experience we've had where I appreciated the salesperson and wanted to return to give him my business. The finance person, however was somewhat rude. After working so hard with Dan to get the car we wanted as close to our budget as possible, and then making a decision to go over our budget to get the car, when we got in to the finance dept office and there had been an error, he acted like we were trying to work him for a better deal because we were upset the price went up by another $5. References to knowing how much we make, and to go ahead and 'try to fool the next guy' because he wasn't buying that $5-20 a month would matter to us were unprofessional and rude. When quoted a price on Saturday and being told it would be more money on Wednesday when I came back to sign the paperwork you already have not met my expectations, so yes I will say no when you try to get me to purchase add ons, even if I could afford it. Congrats to Dan for being so great I didn't walk out when another team member insulted us, because I didn't want him to a lose the sale.
I'm so thankful that I got a chance to get my new car from Stillwater motors, it was amazing and perfect company for everybody to get a car from them. The service was so great, the whole area it's beautiful. I would love to recommend to my family and friends if they want to get a car, Stillwater motors it's nice. Thank you and God bless.
