The Kia service center has been amazing. I have had numerous issues with my vehicle but the employees and technicians go above and beyond to help me. I utilize the courtesy shuttle almost every time I have an appointment. This allows me to get a ride to work and leave my vehicle to get worked on while I am at work, someone then picks me up when I am ready. I always know estimates up front and there is never any work done without my approval. I would highly recommend this service center for you auto repair needs.
Our sales associate Kylee Thompson made our car buying experience fun and she made us feel like we knew her for along time. She was very friendly , answered all my questions and helped us with every aspect of our new car from buying, to setting up phone link and showing all the options it came with thoroughly ! We are repeat customers and this time around was way better and less stressful than the 1st time. Adriana Carlos also was wonderful and made us feel like family..he was very nice and easy to talk to and did everything for finance, to get us a great deal on our new car! We will come back again for sure!

My wife and I were looking for a family SUV or minivan and found several vehicles in Raisor Automart with pretty nice prices through Cars.com. So we made an appointment with Suzi and drove there on one Saturday morning. Most used vehicles here are within 2-3 years' range. No one pushed us to buy anything and we were given enough time to test one 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, one 2015 Toyota Sierra and one 2015 Honda Odyssey. Finally we decided to buy the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Since the price of this make and model is already the lowest we could find on Cars.com within 150 miles, we didn't spend much in negotiating. The transaction was quite smooth and we drove the SUV back in the afternoon.
The people are friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot. They are always my first stop when looking for a new or used car or truck. Elizabeth Alma can get you on the right track when you call.
Found the perfect car on Cars.com and contacted Hubbard. I had a response very quickly. I did have a few questions and sent them to the man who had contacted me. However, after several hours with no response, I contacted salesman John Gustin directly and he immediately found the answers to every question. He has followed up with me after the sale and I am very satisfied with him. My only concern is that the dealership apparently doesn't clear the memory of their used vehicles, they let the new buyer do that. In this day and age, if you don't erase all the data you've input into a car, you're asking for big trouble. But some people may not think about it when they trade in their car. A new buyer could get your home address from the GPS, your phone and contacts from the phone memory, etc. etc. Dealers should make it a practice to wipe the memory of any car they take in before they offer it for sale.
I found the perfect car online and sent a request for someone to contact me. In a few hours I had an email and then a phone call. Lonnie answered all my questions to my satisfaction, so, I drove 6 hrs to pick up my new car. It was everything that it was advertised to be and was detailed and ready to go for me! The paperwork was quickly taken care of so I could get back on the road. Overall I had a very good experience with the staff at Hubbard and would not hesitate to visit them again someday.
