We bought this car new. Has 126,000 miles on it. Transfer case burned 2 yrs ago as Chevy changed its maintenance grid and didn't notify owners. Burns oil but changing oil sooner takes care of it. It is an AWD, 6cyl. Love this car but will be trading soon due to its age. It's been a great reliable vehicle!

After I bought used 2018 Equinox I discovered it did not have back up alarm. Hate not having it. Also the back up camera display on dash sometimes cannot see as it has a glare. My 2012 Kia Sorento had back up camera on rear view miirror, like that better. Like electric driver's seat to lower and move back, easier to get out of. Plenty of room although trunk area is smaller than Sorento.

My 2012 Equinox has 156,000 miles on it and I've never had any engine problems. I plan on driving it until it dies, which I hope won't be any time soon. And I might get another one when it comes time to replace it. I love it.

I hate buying vehicles at dealerships. We found an Explorer we liked here and were able to test drive it fairly quick on a busy Saturday. RJ helped us out even though he was the finance guy, as the other sales people were occupied. He was very knowledgeable, easy going and had experience doing many things in the world of car sales. After we decided to buy it they let us take it home while paperwork was processing as we needed a vehicle due to totalling a car accident with a deer. That Tuesday my wife and I went to to sign the papers. Overall we spent easily half the time to purchase a vehicle that large places require and received a very good rate. RJ went above what I'm used to with service and even gave me his personal phone number. He did extra work to find us a better interest rate than we were quoted initially. It does have a very small office so I rated the facilities lower. Also if a few people are there it's busy but they do a good job of dealing with it. So if you don't want to deal with hassles and don't have much time check them out. It's a small lot owned by Tenvoorde. I was nervous about that at first as I wondered if they would dump cars here they don't want to sell at the dealership but that doesn't seem to be the case. You get the benefits of the maintenance department of the big dealership with the experience of a small lot with very good and laid back sales people. I'm going here first the next time I need a vehicle. Also, some of their vehicles are bought from Arizona. Nice option if you want to avoid salt. To conclude, this small lot is great if you don't like going to a big dealer, desire a clean used vehicle, and don't have time to spend all day on the purchasing process.

Love my Equinox. I have always been a sedan person so this was my first adventure with a larger vehicle. I love the roomy inside. Comfortable for all passengers. Heated seats are awesome. Wish they had the same design as the Silverado where you could turn on just the back and not the whole seat. Decided to buy out my lease while the interest rates were low and cars were scarce and I don't regret my decision. Wish it had a little more power on quick take offs.

I’ll be honest, I did not expect a lot from such a little dealership, but the facility was clean, the people were friendly, and the attention we received was wonderful. I inquired about a few cars before deciding the Juke was what I wanted to buy for my wife. We got to the dealership and we’re on our test drive within minutes. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. No pressure to buy any of the extras, or attempt to buy something more expensive or loaded. I’d definitely go back, and that’s a first for me!

I love this car. I have the LTZ w/ sunroof and no leaks. It’s crossover design to SUV is just big enough to take the kids but not huge like a regular SUV. I haven’t had any major repairs on the car but normal wear and tear. Oil changes, new tires.. no rust either. I have put over 100,000 miles on it, been in a pretty deep ditch during heavy snowfall and didn’t roll or tip over. They towed it out and we drove away. No damage. Iowa salts their roads all the time! Weather changes on a dime. This vehicle is so reliable, we bought a second one for the kid. Do yourself a favor and get one. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I both went to M&N while shopping for new to us vehicles. This was our last stop and glad we found it! Andy and staff asked right off the bat what we might be looking at and just tossed us the keys and said, "Take them for a spin." It's rare to find friendlier yet no pressure type service. They don't follow you around like a leech and let you shop! This car really has me all of my needs. Besides the spacious cabin, 6 USB ports, and rear storage; my car is loaded with features. My Chevy Equinox has panoramic moon roof, sun roof, turbo engine, OnStar, apple play, blind spot assist and heated seats. It also has the feature of folding down the middle row using a lever from the trunk, which is great because I always hated struggling with to the seatbelt to get the seats to go down.

i was very satisfeid with my recall work. i sat in the lobby drinking free coffee and read the local paper. work was done in approximately 1 hr. and i was on my way . service staff were friendly and courteous.

I purchased this vehicle sight unseen, used. I test drove an identical vehicle and loved it. My Equinox far exceeded my expectations! So far in the nearly 2/3 years of ownership, I continue to average 34 mpg, I couldn't be happier! Goes through the snow like a trooper and handles very well on icy roads. I do not like the auto stop/start, there is a hesitation and could pose a problem, no one will disconnect it for me! I am having a fuel problem! Very frightening, no one seems to find the problem!!! You can smell raw gasoline while: starting, idling at a stop sign, driving down the road and even after shutting the vehicle off - very frightening - no one can find the problem but they can sure smell the gasoline! It's frightening enough that I've removed my husband's oxygen tanks from the back and we no longer wear seat belts for a just in case moment. Since the gasoline smell the vehicle has become hard to start. Other than the gasoline smell/leak & auto stop/start the vehicle is perfect!

He went with us on a test ride and was very helpful pointing out various features in the car, and how to use them - especially the touch screen panel. Through the process he was organized, professional and was not pushy in any regard. After only a couple days, we experienced a problem with the car, and Darrin was immediately on the phone with the service group. Riley, the service manager called me and made us an appointment for the next business day. The services group verified the problem and identified a service bulletin for that issue. They performed the recommended service and since then, the car has performed to our expectations. We had purchased a previous vehicle from Cornerstone and are very happy with that vehicle. Im nearing 140000 miles on this vehicle. other then oil changes radiator flushings and replaceing the tires once I have had zero problems with this hard working car. Oh yea no rust problems either, Chicago salts the streets heavily after each snowfall

This replaced my 2007 Jeep Commander, and it's better in every way. There's plenty of cargo space, comfortable room in the back, good handling and quiet to drive. I got mine with 16k miles on it and it has 52k miles now. I have not had a single issue with it. The only thing I've had to replace is the battery in my key fob.
