I traded in a leased Nissan Altima sr that I only had for a year. Other dealerships told me they couldn’t do it or I would be paying around 670 a month for another car. They got me in a 2016 new 2lt convertible Camaro in a gorgeous blue color. The payment was so much lower than what I expected I couldn’t believe it. The amount I financed for was so much less than I expected also. The staff were very friendly and the car drives like a dream. This dealership is the best one I’ve EVER been too. I’m 20 and I bought 3 cars so far, each new. This was the best experience I’ve had yet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. And I already have told about 10-15 people about it. Best place ever.

Found the perfect car on Cars.com and contacted Hubbard. I had a response very quickly. I did have a few questions and sent them to the man who had contacted me. However, after several hours with no response, I contacted salesman John Gustin directly and he immediately found the answers to every question. He has followed up with me after the sale and I am very satisfied with him. My only concern is that the dealership apparently doesn't clear the memory of their used vehicles, they let the new buyer do that. In this day and age, if you don't erase all the data you've input into a car, you're asking for big trouble. But some people may not think about it when they trade in their car. A new buyer could get your home address from the GPS, your phone and contacts from the phone memory, etc. etc. Dealers should make it a practice to wipe the memory of any car they take in before they offer it for sale.
I found the perfect car online and sent a request for someone to contact me. In a few hours I had an email and then a phone call. Lonnie answered all my questions to my satisfaction, so, I drove 6 hrs to pick up my new car. It was everything that it was advertised to be and was detailed and ready to go for me! The paperwork was quickly taken care of so I could get back on the road. Overall I had a very good experience with the staff at Hubbard and would not hesitate to visit them again someday.
Overall experience was very good from the sales person to the financing person. Facilities are in excellent conditions! Only two things that I see need improving.....I inquired online and did not receive any contact back from them. If my email was wrong, you should have at least tried to call me. You may have missed a sale. The other item that I am most disappointed in, is that I only asked for one thing, and that was to have the car detailed. In between the two front seats and under the seats is the same nasty filth that was left behind from the last owner. I really would have liked that cleaned up. I don't want this to be negative just pointing out a couple areas for improvement. Overall very good experience.
Ed White Auto Sales dealership was unknown to me when I was shopping on-line for a used car. I accidently stumbled acrossed them when I was looking for a low mileage, fair priced vehicle. It was 10:00pm when I spotted a potential vehicle that interested me. I shot off a quick e-mail to White's to see if the vehicle listed was still available and by 8:00am the next morning, I received a phone call letting me know the car was available and inviting me down to test drive it. My husband and I immediately went to Renselear to check it out and were very pleased with the no-pressure salesman named Tony. He was very patient and accomodating and we left that day with our "new" used Buick. I would highly reccommend Ed White's Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a friendly home-town; very fairly priced; no-pressure, over all happy experience in buying a new/used car.
Mike was very helpful during the test drive and responded to my questions quickly via email the next day, after which we made a deal and drove the car home all within 24 hours. No high pressure sales pitch but I didn't have to go searching for someone to help me either.
