Hello All, I'm from Arizona and moved to Illinois December 1st and on December 10th I pulled into dealership, just to ask how the financing work since i went through my divorce and my credit wasn't the greatest, not even thinking that i was going to drive out of there on a beautiful 2020 Z71 RST Chevy Silverado. It took me a long time to find the car I wanted. It was a Kia Nero EV plug-in. I finally found a beautiful blue one with all the features I wanted at Raymond Kia. Problem was there was a crazy dent over the driver-side passenger door. Sales manager, Rick Danka, Went through three dent specialists Before they found just the right guy to fix it. I applaud their perseverance, and I am amazed at the result. That rather large dent is no more. I now have the car I’ve been hoping to find. Thank you, Raymond Kia!

Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case I needed a new transmission, a costly and lengthy process, and was allowed to have a loaner car free of charge for 7-8 days in December 2025. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. Despite the cost of almost $7K after allowable deductions, I was very satisfied with the outcome. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. What is consistent is great customer service.
