We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.
2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV review
The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

2026 Chevrolet Equinox EV review
This is my first EV but I've owned three PHEV's before this vehicle. This is the most comfortable and best riding vehicle I've ever owned and that includes a Mercedes. I looked briefly at a Tesla before this and can't understand why anyone would want to buy a car that has a dash that looks like someone glued an ipad in the middle and called it good. The Equinox has a wrap around touch screen dash and all of the functions are easy to navigate to and self explanatory. It also has separate push button HVAC controls, which makes it nice for winter driving with gloves on.

I HAVE OWNED 5 ELECTRIC VEHICLES , SO FAR , STARTING MY JOURNEY WITH A CHEVROLET BOLT [ 2023 ] . THEN A VERY DIFERENT SORT OF TOYOTA BZ4X. 4.95 Stars. Recently found a vehicle that I wanted, located on PricePro's lot in Ohio. (Im from Michigan) Communicated with John Velez, whom answered all my questions promptly. The car was priced low enough where no negotiations were needed. The dealership was able to do remote documentation for the sale. My only complaint, mild as it is, I bought a EV that should have been charged and ready for me when arriving. I drove from a state away to be informed their staff failed to plug it in over night. They rushed it down to a lvl3 charger and resolved the oversight! Besides the little xxxx up, I would buy again, I would recommend John Velez to you if your in the market for one of their vehicles.
2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV review
My first EV and so far so good. There is a common issue with the manual charger release that is under warranty but should probably be a recall of it’s a known issue as GM has said. Other than that the vehicle has been great and the range is really good.

So I love this car only bad thing is no Apple car play. I have the AWD and it feels so good in the snow has lots of room compared to the Bolt EUV and the range is wonderful.
