2017 Chevrolet Impala review
I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

2018 Chevrolet Impala review
We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

2014 Chevrolet Impala review
Mine is a 2014 LT with the 2.5L 4Cyl. At approx 50,000 miles I had a small water pump leak that was fixed under warranty. AT approx 95,000 miles the A/C compressor locked up with the temps in the 95 - 100 degree range. I had the dealer fix this at a cost of over $1,400 to me. Overall though, it has been a very good car. Highway trips (at the speed limit) return 34 MPG which I feel is fine for this size of car and beats the EPA guestimate of 31 MPG highway. Always had the dealer maintain this car except for tires and a battery I had to replace. Hated it when Chevy announced they would no longer make it. At it's current 102,500 miles, it still runs fine. I'm retired now and I'm ready to trade it in on a new (2023) Traverse which will give me more room to haul some of my grandkids around and maybe even pull a small boat with. Inventory at this writing is pretty poor though. 8/7/2022

I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! 2014 Chevrolet Impala review
Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.
