We were quickly interviewed by telephone before our visit, stated exactly what we wanted in a new vehicle, set-up the appointment, and were in-and-out with a new car within two hours! When I initially pulled up at the dealership, they had so many options to choose from. Walking into the front door you were greeted by the receptionist right away, who took down my information and got me over to a sales person immediately Kayla was so helpful. she immediately pulled up the vehicle that I was interested in got pulled up for me to do a test drive after the test drive we kind of went in a different direction for more space with a vehicle she was able to pull up the equinox that they had on the lot. Immediately went through the ones that they had kind of gave her information about how much we were trying to put down and what we wanted the monthly payments to be and we went ahead with the 2022Chevy Equinox. She immediately pulled the car up for us to do a test drive when we got back from the test drive. We did let her know that it was the vehicle that might fit our family. She immediately went over the Carfax report with us and was so helpful with getting things to the finance department and getting us approved for the vehicle. Kayla’s customer service.
