I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Out of all the cars that I have taken for a test drive. The 2025 Chevy Malibu is the best. It has style, it drives and handles well, and has some awesome features to go along with it. But more importantly it is a by name it is one of the most reliable vehicles you can buy and never go wrong.

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

Got 104k miles . Did the recall with the power steering. Oil change 2x a year. Just a great car for me. Someone with skinny arms can change the headlight without taking off the whole front.

Love my 2017 Malibu Lt. Never any issues with engine , interior etc. new battery. Good performance. A reliable car . Sits 5 comfortably. Plenty of trunk space

From start to finish my experience was Simply Awesome!! I was referred to the dealership by a friend, he said to ask for Chris, and he will take care of everything. Chris Robinson answered all of my questions, he was very attentive to what I said I wanted in a vehicle and what I didn't want. He even took detailed notes to make sure he got it right! He showed me several vehicles that fit exactly what I was looking for which gave me the freedom of choice to select the best car for me. The finance manager and owner both spoke with me personally and listened to every concern I had and addressed them promptly. I have had this approximately 4 years now. and the only problem I have ever had is that it does not always recognize that I am in Park when I am shutting down the engine.

Although, the check wngine light did come on during the drive home, it was expected and discussed ahead of time as they were able to work on the price with me a little. I purchased my Malibu LT (1.5L) new in August 2016 and have absolutely loved it ever since. It has a quiet and refined ride, roomy interior with ample leg room for rear seat passengers, power adjustable driver’s seat with lumbar support, clear and easy-to-use infotainment system, fold-down rear seats, and some nice ambient interior lighting. While the 1.5L turbo engine won’t win a drag race, it’s still peppy enough to allow confident expressway entrances, and fuel economy is excellent for a 5-passenger sedan. Typically, with combined city/highway driving, I’ll see an average of 34 mpg (low of 24 to high of 44+). Driving at 50-55 mph on our flat So. Florida expressways will easily get 45+ mpg, while cruising at 70-75 will still get in the high 30's. The 4-wheel disc anti-lock brakes are good and inspire confidence. At 108,700 miles, aside from regular oil changes, I’ve replaced the battery twice, replaced a tail brake light bulb (warranty), had a cooling system flush, a fuel system/throttle body repair ($200+), and got a new set of tires. I’ve only been stranded 3 times (flat tire from expressway debris, and twice with dead battery) over 6+ years of ownership, so reliability gets high marks. This car is ubiquitous for a reason – it’s a very solid purchase.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

It's a good car. Bought it used. I bought it with 84000 miles, now has 111,000 miles. Main computer had to be replaced, and was done under warranty. I replaced the brakes myself at 104,000 miles, and they were the original OE GM brakes the car was born with. Seats lack support, but I bought a leather cushion that helps. The back seat is really tight, ok for small kids. My fuel economy in the city can get to 23 mpg if I don't use the AC. It gets worse city mileage in the winter too. Highway mileage, the car does well, 34-35 if I drive it right. I think for a reliable used car, it's ok. They are cheaper than the Japanese competition. Rides and handles well.
