I was shopping for a used, low mileage Ford car. My daughter found it using google review and brought us to Courtesy Auto Sales. Upon meeting the Rep., Chuck Butler and describing what I was looking for and my budget, he showed me the 2014 Ford Focus with low mileage and within my budget. After making some minor repairs and clean up, it was almost brand new!!! He did everything promised and made the buying process an ease. I stopped to look at Buick sedans, with the idea that they were not luxury cars and only old people bought them. I was looking at Lexus, BMW and Mercedes as my next car. Adam Burtner did not push or ever explain, he just suggested that I sit in the car. Honestly, that was all it took for me to change my mind. The car was every bit as luxurious as the high end brands at a much more affordable price. All of the people we dealt with during the purchase process were polite, considerate and informative. Adam followed up with me several days later to make sure I was happy with my new car, which I thought was really considerate.
This was our second time working with Geoff. He is great! He really goes above and beyond for his customers to make sure you get everything you want and need in your next vehicle. Definitely recommend him to everyone!
Although I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle I was disappointed with my interaction with the service staff. Initially Carlos was very positive but things went forward not so much. I have concerns regarding communication between the staff members. When I am quoted one price and upon check out I am told something else, then when I think that the situation is corrected and try to checkout a second time the amount is still not what I was originally quoted. As a customer I should not have to work to get a price honored that I was originally promised. Regardless of the lack of communication between the staff members. I understand that we were customers that were acquired by your purchase of Perry Buick but to be honest this experience was NOT a very good first impression. Hopefully you will do better moving forward. Otherwise I???m going to have to find somewhere else to take my business.
Rob Franklin was great! Very personable. We came in about an hour before closing. He was very patient, kind, and accommodating when it came to what we wanted.
