What a great place to get a car. They really have great people working there. They are so friendly and helpful and the place was so clean. They really take pride in their work. Plus Tommy Boston stay late to help make sure we were comfortable with the new car. He will always have our business.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I recommend the Mazda product and Sales rep, Elijah Taylor, great and great. Ben M in finance ruined the whole experience because he threw a tantrum when I did not wish to hear and or purchase extended warranty product. To the point of demanding why I would not listen to his whole sales pitch and confronting my spouse as to why she would not say anything. He has issues but I am choosing to give Elijah the 5 stars he deserves. The other guy is creepy and should never be left alone with customers.
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
Dealership: my husband and I have been to several dealerships in the last few years. This was by far the best experience we have had. They don???t pressure you to buy anything and their inventory has just about anything and everything. Even better is that the price of their vehicles actually are in line with what jelly blue book values them meaning you aren???t being upcharged like most dealerships. Plus snacks and drinks were offered every time we came in. Our salesman was Justin and was hands down the best salesman we ever dealt with. There was never pressure on us to purchase and we could look at and drive anything we were interested in. Any information we needed was supplied and everything was just an overall please thank experience. So much so that we already know that if we are in the market for another car in the future we will reach out again to buy from Justin.
We could not have had a better experience working with Tyler Ryan at Universal Kia. From the initial call, to driving away in a new (used) car, it was as painless as it possibly could be. Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. He worked around our schedule and never pressured us with the ???car sales tactics??? most of us have become accustomed to when car shopping. My family was traveling from D.C. to Texas when my AC went out about 1hour outside of Nashville. We arrived at our hotel late at night so I planned on investigating the issue early next morning. What I found was my AC belt broken. I called them and explained my situation. I had my Escalade at the dealer within the hour. They were full with appointments, but they took time to help me and my family out and fixed our vehicle anyway. We were in and out in a couple of hours. They were very friendly and the repairs were done well. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I would recommend this dealership!
