Used 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 trucks for sale near Hernando, MS

I live in Florida, but I was in Memphis when my car was damaged. I made an appointment online for the next morning. I was greeted with a nice welcome and directed to a comfortable seating area near a coffee station to wait. My repair was done quickly with no charge! Now that?s customer service!

Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

Was in and out within 1 hour! My cousin told me about this dealership so I came in looking for a particular car but my focus was quickly changed once I realized how much selection there was in my price range. I drove off in a 2019 Hyundai Sonata and they even helped me with my down payment thru their in house financing. Nobody else would work with me and they did, plus I got a nice car. They got me approved, showed me my notes and even helped me find cheaper full coverage insurance.

Best truck I've ever owned. Great power...good fule economy on highways. comfortable and roomy great bose sound system No over dramatic fanciness but practicality. I like the design and added features such as a sliding rear window power outlets inside and in the bed. 20k miles on her so...maybe too soon to tell?

Awesome Truck except for transmission troubles. Very good gas mileage and comfort and ride are the best. A very dependable truck with lots of great features. Back up camera is great.

Have had this since new in 2020. No major issues. Transmission is rough when cold, but not an issue. Three years in and no major work. One brake adjustment and oil changes. Other than that it’s been a great truck.

I recommend this dealer to anyone needing a nice used car....I found a nice used 2011 black Lexus IS 250 with only 23500 miles. Terry and Scott helped me find the financing with no pressure even with prior credit issues and let me take time throughout the process

had the truck for 30 k miles. Only one issue of a hydralic lifter failure @ 7k miles. They say its common with the multi displacement V8s. i would have rated it better if the engine problem did not happen. When you pay 50k Plus for a truck, you don't expect early failure of engine components.

Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. When my daughter found a car she liked the staff made sure we got what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very nice vehicles at fair prices. No mark ups. Jim Kerras dealership wanted to charge almost $3k in additional "dealership fees" on tops of the marketed sale price 😳 So thankful we decided to come to Car Smart. Wolfchase Toyota is it!!! I’ve had so much trouble finding and buying a car over the last half year—I know this is largely due to inventory issues everywhere, however, after dealing with 15+ dealerships over a vast region, most places wouldn’t take ownership of services they are still in control of. They’d treat inventory as the scapegoat for everything, when customer service still matters so much. I’d either be immediately dismissed or forced to make a physical appt to get a simple answer that should have been a virtual delivery. That was until I met Nicole at Wolfchase Toyota—by far the best experience I had after searching in MS, SC, GA, ARK, NC, & TN!! She went above and beyond, being quick to respond and providing upfront, direct answers. I was in a pinch and the full transparency and honesty was such a time-saving gamechanger.
