I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. This was our first experience with Jacob and I have to say we will never use a large dealership again. It was a first purchase of a car for my son and Jacob went out of his way to educate him and to make him feel very comfortable explaining everything step by step. The car we bought was a low mileage Subaru and it was extremely affordable and fairly priced. I actually admired the fact that when we asked if he could lower the price at all, he said no because it was already fairly priced. His honesty impressed both of us! Jacob also made a point of following up with us regarding financing and other questions and he went out of his way to accommodate our late scheduling. The car is perfect and we could not be happier. This man is a throwback to the old days of trust.
