Left the dealership with a used Honda. I felt very comfortable and the process was easy. The salesman didn't pressure me and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. I was pleasantly surprised by their used inventory, since I'm not usually a Chevy fan.
Very unreliable truck.

Bought this truck new. It only has 60,000 miles in 7 years. Everything works fine except for the DEF system for the diesel engine. It's been in shop 4 times for DEF sensors and each time cost me around $500 to $900 dollars to get it fixed. I will not drive too far from home because never know when the sensors will break. Never buy another chevrolet diesel.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nate was extremely kind, honest, and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and the service needed. I truly appreciate the shuttle service that took me to work and picked me back up when my vehicle was finished (shout out to Keith!).
Not only were the employees great, I couldn't find a better price for the repairs done. It's not often you leave a dealership/mechanic feeling good about what was done.
Small or large repairs... Harper Motors is the place to go. If you can, see Nate... he's fantastic to work with.
Thank you, Harpers. My vehicle and wallet both appreciate you.

Powerful and strong. Safety is 100% in this truck Driving one is best feeling of luxury and safety #1 best truck every Recommendation it for sure.
I recently purchased a used Jeep from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Eureka. The entire process went smooth. The salesman was extremely helpful in assisting me in obtaining a great deal. Having previously owned two other Jeeps I expected this Jeep to be as good and perform well as the first two. I was not disappointed. It was exactly what I expected from a Jeep: comfort and ruggedness. Thank you Lithia for making me a satisfied customer, and a happy Jeep owner again.
Nice truck but it is overhyped.

Its a great truck don't get me wrong. There is plenty of power, but I kind of regret not getting something newer. The truck is very dated interior wise.
It’s not my first truck but is my first 2500hd diesel. It had 228k miles on it when I purchased it. Naturally, buying something used with higher mileage, there’s going to be things wrong that need fixed. 12k miles in owning it and all I have done so far is change the oil. I need ball joints and u joints changed soon. It smokes a little and has an oil leak that will get fixed too, but overall I’m super happy with it.
