My wife and I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years. We have bought classic cars, luxury cars, and sports cars. We have dealt with automobile dealers in several states. We recently purchased a 2004 Chevy SSR from Rino's Auto sales. Doug and Roger were knowledgeable, courteous and professional during the entire transaction. This transaction was by far the most enjoyable experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing an automobile. I would recommend Rino's Auto Sales to anyone looking to purchase a quality used vehicle. My wife and I look forward to a long term relationship with this dealer

i contacted them thru cars.com, on a weekend , I got a reply with in 12 hours. I called them next business day and set up a day to time to meet. I had a 2 hour drive to get there. when I arrived I was greeted with smiles and a hand shake. Kevin was a true professional. it was worth the 2+ hr. drive.
Easily one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend everyone give Independent Auto Sales a try. Ultimately, purchasing a car has a lot to do with how you feel about your purchase. I haven't felt this good about purchasing a car in a long time. Kudos to Independent Auto Sales!
My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We asked to see Steve Morrison who we have dealt with in the past. We informed Steve that we were looking to buy a 2019 Cadillac XTS. We discussed with him the color and the options that we wanted. He attempted to locate a car matching what we wanted but was unable to locate one in the area. We wound up ordering one from the factory. We took possession of the car 11/30. The color actually looked better on the car in person. Needless to say we are more than happy with the service at Lima Auto Mall
Ron was a great help. He went the extra mile to help me not have to come back when there were some issues with their finance system (out of their control). It was good experience for my son who went along to see how buying a car works, and a great example of what he should expect.
Great customer service, from start to finish! Found and test drove the vehicle on Monday and picked it up on Saturday. The front drivers side heated seat didn’t work but they ordered the part and fixed it before we picked it up. When I arrived the salesman (Dave) had my vehicle running and warming up!
Not sure what I was going to do today while turning in my leased vehicle,however I ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Joe Bauman, my salesman did a great job of not pressuring me and making me feel so at ease. Not only Joe but every one in the facility that dealt with me were very professional. I was very happy with my visit today at Dave Arbogast thank you.
Although we did not purchase our 2012 vehicle there, we consistently have our car serviced by Joe Johnson. We were NOT satisfied with the service from the dealership where we bought it. The overall service we received at that dealership was terrible! - So we tried Joe Johnson. We were not disappointed with the switch. Mitch and Ann are knowledgeable, conscientious and courteous. They make themselves available for questions and emergency repair services. The appointment hours are convenient for working customers.
Quick response to online inquiry. They made the purchase quick and easy. Kyle Miller was great to work with. Great experience and quite satisfied with the car.
