It was one of the better experiences I have had buying a vehicle. I walked in knowing what I wanted so that may have helped a bit, but when the salesman i approached knew i was pretty serious he jumped into action. The whole trade in evaluation went quick, the price offered was right on, the sales manager worked the numbers for the two Trucks I was looking at and the different payments and loan durations, monthly payment was my target, sales Manger, terry, even took the time to find one more discount I qualified for. Then came time to sit with Jennifer, she was a pleasure to work with and knew I was not a newbie, I typically do not buy extended warranties, but she worked some magic and was able to get the warranty where I needed and the payments to fit my range. I was open to it this time,because of the complexities of the truck and I feel I got screwed by the last truck builder. So my hats off to Jennifer, Terry and the crew. I am very proud to have this GMC in my driveway. Thank you. Oh and the parts staff were great, I bought some accessories and they called me the minute they showed up and even carried them out to the truck for me. Not a lot of parts dept people do that in my experience.

I came in for my routine oil change. The service department are always welcoming and try very hard to have high customer satisfaction. I love coming to Rairdons.

We had a fantastic experience with Brooks Biddle Automotive! We had called the night before to schedule an appointment to test drive one of their Toyota Tacoma's. When we got there the next morning, not only did Oz have that truck ready for us, but also a similar one that had just hit the lot that we didn't know about. We actually ended up loving the second truck more than the first and were so glad that Oz had thought to have it ready for us. We did not feel any pressure to buy and were given plenty of time and space to discuss and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Couldn't ask for a better work horse. You will be ready to quit and it's just getting warned up. Stronger than my mother in law and smells better too.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Best pulling truck combined with smooth ride and comfort. Design of the transmission keeps it cool to last longer going through torture. Dually configuration is preferred for great stability. 5 stars in my book.

Recently we just went back and bought ourselves an SUV which was a struggle to find but this dealership managed to find it at a good deal. I bought this truck to pull my 9000 lb travel trailer, which was wearing out a half-ton pickup. The 3500 pulls it very well. Towing mirrors and brake controller are excellent. Where legal I towed with cruise control at 70 mph on I-80 from Cheyenne, WY to the Mississippi River. The truck did not slow or downshift for a hill the entire way. It got 12-15 mpg. There was absolutely no trailer sway, even without an anti-sway hitch. When not towing, the truck averages 23 mpg at 75 mph, with a range of about 600 miles/tankful. You can hear the diesel engine around town but not on the highway. The ride is heavy-duty, as expected, but very comfortable on the highway. The seats are great. The recommended tire pressure is for maximum load. I run 45 psi unloaded without setting off the tire pressure monitor. The truck rides and handles better that way. Anything I don't like? The headlights come on and the radio/GPS switches to night-time display mode in broad daylight depending on sun angle. I can't see the display while wearing dark glasses when it does that. You can't override this behavior. As for reliability I can't say much because I've only driven the truck 20,000 miles. So far, no issues. A major reason I went with GM was the fuel pump. It's worth researching diesel fuel pump lawsuits online.

The help was friendly and very well developed. All information and requirements was observed and committed and was helpful. The assignment for a used car was pleased to me and theirs no doubt about the satisfaction and owner of the vehicle that was given to me. Just what I wanted now I can see my trailer behind the wide dually fenders. With all the cameras you see around you a lot better.

So far I'm loving my new truck. I'm 5'10" when I'm seating down I don't even have to move my seat all the way back and my kids have plenty of room in the back seat. I wish it would have come with power steps since we bought the High Country.

The dealership’s response was posted about three days following my interest statement. Had I been more interested than I was that was only marginally quick. In fact, my car shopping interest at this time is marginal. I am currently without a drivers license due to a health issue, and without the cash to buy outright.

I ordered this truck with specific options to carry a truck camper. The camper has not yet arrived so I can’t speak to the truck’s capability in that regard. I’ve only driven the truck 300 miles, but so far so good. The ride is firm, but not harsh. The Duramax engine is relatively quiet, has enormous power, and great acceleration. The dual rear wheels grip the curvy mountain roads in my region. I anticipate many reliable years and miles with this truck.

Effortlessly pulls our trailer, (bumper pull). It's only 6k pounds, I know that's lite for this truck but I don't even feel the trailer back there. Lot of interior room, seats are very comfortable for long trips. I have to get used to the dually back end. I absolutely love this truck. Never another ford!!!!!!

I had been looking for a Tahoe or Yukon, 4wd for quite some time, I was on the computer daily looking at all the vehicles for sale. I finally saw one I liked, some what close to home. I went to wheels on deals, talked to ozzie [Osvaldo] after I'd walked around the lot for a bit, i went to the Yukon I was there to see and buy. He went and got the keys after introducing himself, backed the rig into better lighting for me to walk around it, open all the doors etc. We took it for a spin, made sure all worked well no noises, or smells, vibrations, etc. Of course I ended up buying it, the price was what I was willing to pay, the mileage was in the ball park, the vehicle condition was great. The thing that made me feel comfortable was ozzie was very professional, he did not act like my best friend, or chap his lips on my tail, I left there with a new ride and felt great, I didn't feel like I got took or anything. I waited around a little bit as the loan process was accepted and completed, the place is clean very well maintained, shiny floors, clean bathroom, T.V. 's I would recommend anyone to go there.

this is my third duramax and I took it for a test drive and it was all over. bought the truck that day. it pulls my toy hauler with ease. plenty of power for any day of the week.
