I bought a new truck from Schwieters of Cold Spring! John Kiess helped me out right away to figure out what I wanted to get into! I went back a few days later John was not in but Jacob helped me and I ended up buying a new truck! Both guys were a great help! Everyone there seemed friendly to me!
Had a warning light come on, and we madd appt to have checked. On the day of appt the light had gone off. We called and were going to cancel, but the service people said they sometimes can tell what went wrong a few days after light went off. Brought car in and they found both batteries were defective and replaced them. Now were are good to go. They were very professional and even gave a loaner vehicle until ours was done.
Todd Rust does a fantastic Job! Always keeps me informed upfront as to repairs and cost as well as time frame for completion. Everyone I have dealt with at Karl Tyler goes above and beyond! The multi-point inspections as well as a nice clean vehicle are a welcome bonus. I would recommend them to anyone, and have for vehicle purchase and product support
Always an excellent experience when I stop by this dealership. On this trip I was getting a routine service and a recall taken care of. They had a big barbecue and welcomed everyone who came in to join. It was delicious and fun to visit with my fellow Chevy friends!
I bought a car online, without ever seeing it in person. I've been duped before by doing that. Not this case. My salesperson, Rick H. always answered every question promptly and went over the car with me on the phone. I drove 500 miles to get the car. It was just as he said, clean and even had a full tank of gas. Very impressed with West Motors. Will buy here again Thanks.
We had a wonderful experience with Joe. We were looking for used but bought new because of Joe. I would recommend going in to see him any time. He was professional and nice as was the rest of the staff. No pushiness and the dealership was very clean and neat. The best part is the staff picked the perfect car for me and I love it!!
Excellent customer service! I called for service because my car had 'change oil soon warning'. They were able to service my vehicle the same day and brought it back to my workplace, all with no charge since I purchased it there a year ago.

Grabiak had my vehicle 2 weeks. When I drove 25 mi to take it in, the key fob buttons were not working. Replaced max amt of computer components. Car fixed? Went to pick up, wouldn't start. Battery dead. Not their fault even though the battery was fine when I drove it in. Hed to buy new battery. Not at Grabiaks, I wouldn't. Never going there again. Same for my son and his family and friends.
Both of the salesman that I spoke with Jeff Tyrell and Mike Hodsell were excellent and spent their time making sure that they explained everything well and that I was feeling good about the car before leaving the dealership!
