Really great bargain! I got the hatchback LT RS package with the turbo and heated seats. It drives well and the steering is more than happy to take on tight turns at higher rates of speed. Even though the car is light it feels heavily planted to the ground. Yes, there’s an abundance of plastics but you have to really think about what you’re looking for in a car. If it’s agility, practicality, a good price point, let’s of standard tech, and peppy performance then overlook the interior and look at the vehicle as a whole.

For 19k, Sonic RS has been a very good purchase. I hope all the issues with the earlier models have been resolved. Good torque off the line, but the turbo xxx nothing after 60 MPH

I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

CarMax located on 6375 South semoran boulevard Orlando Florida is an awesome place to shop and buy a car. All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. In today's society, nice people are hard to come by, but people here at CarMax are super friendly and helpful and professional and knowledgeable.

I went to 4m autoplex 2 years ago to find a used vehicle my first ever vehicle purchase. To my dismay the first time I wasn't able to make a deal with them due to financial constraints/credit on my end. Terry Carter was kind enough to explain the reasons why and why I couldn't get one. Thank you sir. The second time I went to them that me and my fiance tried to make out a deal and it didn't work out however 5 minutes after walking out the door before making it to the car, They told me they just had a new used vehicle roll in and they could see what they can do with me. They were a great help and got me financed through someone else other than themselves. In my opinion this is bending over backwards to help their customers. And I got my first car!!! Imagine getting your first car? It's been 3 months now and I'm not disappointed. I like the carefree Platinum package they gave me even though it's going to cost me more in the long run I would rather have coverage for something that breaks down within 2 years than not. I needed a vehicle for work and they provided that. Truly honest. Up front. Yes there are fees to elaborate taxes titles and an optional service coverage agreement if something breaks like powertrain etc. but where are there not fees when you go buy a car?? 😂 They even filled the car to full with gas with no extra charge. Although it's my first car buying experience I am rest assured that the car that I got 3 months later is still acting like I just drove it off a lot. Oh also my credit score jumped because I've actually made payments on time, Terry Carter made it very clear: make sure that the car is paid for in a timely fashion that's all that could be asked. As far as the car goes I know it's a used car from 2016... It's not the fastest but it still gets up and goes. And I'm not worried because if something breaks down on the powertrain it's covered under warranty with a deductible at least I'm not paying full price for repairs because I have an affordable deductible and a warranty! Lol. Who doesn't want that yes you're going to have to pay for repairs but I would rather pay $125 then $6,000 to replace the suspension. I was searching for a specific car for many months and could not find one with low miles and an affordable price. I am from Alabama and happened to be working in West Virginia one week. I was skeptical at the advertised car, but I made an appointment to take a look. The car was everything advertised and the team was very nice. I had a preapproved loan, but Moses was able to get me a lower interest rate. When I picked up my car there were a few things that needed to be completed; there were four people getting my car ready (even the manager was out there working). I recommend Moses!
