Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

It was ok I wish when you pull in there someone would acknowledge that you are there. Everyone standing around talking to each other and I finally have to walk up there interrupt the talking and tell them why I was there.

The key to the cvt transmission is to change transmission fluid and filter every 30,000. Great commuter car . Driving 60 mph and under I usually get between 37 and 42 miles per gallon. Driving over 60 mph it will range between 33 and 36 mpg . It is small but it's fun to drive .

Melvin made it easy to get an appointment when I needed it. Oil change was completed in less than a hour with a car wash.

I love my spark. I also love small cars in general, good on gas and easy to maneuver! I have 2 sparks at my home now! Love them!

She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

I never got there. While visiting a friend in Grand Rapids I found the model I wanted at Fox KIA North and bought it. KIA of Lansing would have been my next stop had I not made the purchase in GR.

Service Department is outstanding. I was traveling alone from Fort Worth to Houston and thought I needed a new battery. The service department checked everything 5 times, showed me how to reset everything, and got me off on my way in less than an hour at no charge. Such patience and concern!

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax.
