2003 Suburban is a beast
I've owned a 2003 Chevy Suburban 1500 LS for 20 years, 198,595 miles and it's still going strong...I've consistently changed the oil and have never had any issues. Of the 8 cars I've owned, including a 2012 Mercedes GL450, a 2006 Volvo 740, the Chevy is the most reliable, comfortable and least expensive car I've owned.

Comfortable, reliable, safe useful - all describe my 17 years with this wonderful vehicle. I've kept it well-maintained and it's returned the favor with hassel-free years of service. Whenever anything was breaking (a rare occurrence) it was promptly fixed. Snow, rain, sun - all was handled with ease. Towed trailers and vehicles in all kinds of weather - no problems. I worked with Rick at Optimus Auto Care while attempting to purchase a vehicle. From the beginning, I requested that the entire transaction be handled over email and online, with only pickup occurring in person. Rick was willing to work within that structure and communicated consistently and clearly throughout the process. He provided documents promptly and answered my questions directly. The deal ultimately did not move forward because removing the Vehicle Service Contract would have caused the dealership to lose money, and including it would have raised my monthly payment beyond what made financial sense for me. Rick explained this transparently, which I appreciated. Although I did not complete the purchase, my experience was professional and straightforward. I would work with them again in the future.
