I have bought 6 new vehicles from Pundmann Ford starting in 2012. The reason was their service. I compared Pundmann to the others by what I read and decided to purchase from Pundmann and have my vehicle service from where I bought it. My experience has been the same over the years. Purchased a 2008 LTZ a couple of years ago from my husband's boss with less than 70,000 miles on it. WE LOVE IT. Very roomy for all of my grandkids, love the DVD player and all the extra room. Drives like a dream and for someone who dislikes driving in the snow, I feel completely safe on the road. The towing is amazing and the handling is as smooth as butter. This has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. Hope to have it many more years.

Great service. Low-pressure. Comfy couch. Our seller Sam went the extra mile having the car ready for our apointment and bringing it out to Lacey for us so we wouldnt have to make the extra trip. A well earned 5 stars.

SWERVE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN WHICH GOT MOSTLY EVERYTHING THAT I ASKED FOR EXCEPT FOR THE FREE AVAILABLE CAR FAX. I RECEIVED INFORMATION ON WHEN THE TIMING BELT AND WATER PUMP WAS REPLACED. I GOT A VIDEO OF THE CAR STARTED UP AND RUNNING SINCE I LIVE OUT OF STATE.

It’s big enough to have plenty of room but still be able to get around town. Comfortable for long trips and gets great gas mileage.

They seem honest, but the cars they have are cars that have a rebuilt title didn’t wanna buy a car that way.

I have the Tahoe LTZ and am absolutely in love with it! It’s currently over 150,000 miles, the only thing I’ve had to replace was the serpentine belt (air conditioning belt) and tension belt, it’s not an expensive fix and it is required to be replaced every 100,000 miles. It has plenty of room and is very luxurious, my kids love the DVD player. Definitely recommend this suv.

But mostly it was a good experience because they were honest with me. I did not end up purchasing from them yet, however, I would trust them in the future if I wanted to purchase a car.
