I found a used vehicle online at Tom Masano’s Mercedes Dealership. I filled out an online inquiry form and was met with a quick response from Tom Grim, their online sales representative. I set up an appointment the next day which was a Saturday. The next day I went to the dealership at 10:30. By 3:30, I was driving home with the vehicle that I had come to see. I was given a very fair trade-in value on my vehicle to match the reasonable sticker price. My experience was pleasant and smooth.
We are extremely happy with the deal we got at Tri County Toyota. Bruce Bransfield was our salesman and he did a fantastic job working with us. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns and we never felt pressured or rushed. We will definitely be returning to Tri County Toyota when it's time for our next vehicle.

Our first few conversation where completely through text and what actually taken seriously unlike most places. They worked with me through photos due to me living almost 2 hours away from the dealer we came to terms before me even leaving my house.
