Noah went above and beyond to accommodate me when I came in and the vehicle I wanted was sold. He drove down to their south county location and retrieved a vehicle. Thank goodness as it was PERFECT. Mindi was wonderful explaining everything during the signing process and answered any and all questions that I had. The staff could not have been better. They did not play games. they knew what they were talking about. They offered me more for my trade than 4 other St. Peters / West / South County Dealers included Lou Fusz, Bommarito and Sinclaire. They stayed late to get it done and even went to buy batteries for my remote. They also have the FOREVER warranty that is amazing bumper to bumper as long as you own the car. Totally worth the drive. These guys were so easy to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They even have concierge service for free including bringing you a rental even for routine maintenance! You won't find a better deal, better people, or better service in St. Louis...maybe anywhere. Can not say how impressed I am with these folks. Brought my daughter to look at a new car. Put her in touch with Brook Winter. She walked away with a new GMC Arcadia. She is so very happy with her new SUV. Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.

My deal on a new car started on the internet looking at cars.com. Then Kyle Greer called me from Jim Trenary chevy when i inquired about one new corvette. I told him what i was looking for, what i was willing to pay and how much i wanted for my tradein. I sent pictures of my trade in and we negotiated with a couple of phone calls that ended up within 1000$ of my original offer. I picked up my new vette 2 days later. The purchase process went smooth a no surprises. Everyone at the dealership was professional and a pleasure to deal with.

got a quick response to internet inquiry followed by easy texting and phone call exchange. salesperson (Justin) was great and easy to work with. bought the car and paid the asking price because it was below market value. very happy. fyi, I have purchased about ten cars in the past ten years. trust me, this was a very positive experience.
We had previously purchased a car from Leta Honda and have been to the dealership before. This was my first time looking for a car here.
Cortez, the sales person I spoke with was very nice and completely professional. The car I was interested in was no longer available, but he did have some other cars for me to look at.
The car available was not for me. But I would certainly look at Leta again.

Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.
I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it.
I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.
