I've put 100k miles on my Trax in 3 years. But catalytic converter messed up before I ever reached 90k. Seems it should've lasted longer than 90k.

Excellent Service all the way around. Maintenance was completed in a very timely manner. My initial appointment wasn't until 10:30 am. As I did not have any particular things going on so dropped it off at 8:30 am and told them that they could keep it as long as necessary. I received a call at 9:30 am stating that all maintenance had been completed, an our before my scheduled appointment.

Overral a pretty good dealership experience. I had a peculiar situation where I was buying a car in CA to take to CO, full time garaged and operated in CO so they walked me through all the nuanced options I had in terms of registration, transportation, etc. Very nice ambiance in the dealership, well kept. Saleswoman was very nice and approachable, great communication. I also got a great deal, in fact this is the best dealership experience I've had in LA and I've had some horrid experience's at VW and Porsche. There is definitely more of a grounded nature to Woodland Hills (avoid Beverly Hills dealerships at all cost).

The staff at Hubbard GM Center were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had seen the car we were interested in online; we made our initial contact through the website. By the next morning Carmon had reached out to us. We drove 200 miles to see the car and we not disappointed:) The car was exactly as advertised, so we made a deal and drove off with it a couple hours later. very honest and transparent . we had a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. the car checked out great except two tires were pretty choppy. Lucas quickly got approval from manager to replace the front brakes and rotors as part of the purchase agreement. great car deal and experience all around.
