We found everyone at Bratt. Subaru to be knowledgeable fun and very easy. We worked mostly with Ian and Laura. Can't say enough good things about them both. The service man who made our car sparkle, did a awesome job. I am sorry I do not know his name. We would not hesitate a buy another car there at some point. So, thank you all!!
When I unexpectedly needed a new car asap, Zach found exactly what I was looking for. Within 24 hours of putting down a deposit over the phone, Zach had my car delivered to Brattleboro and ready for pickup. He was pleasant to work with and helped me get the pricing I needed. They listen to what we can afford. Told them what I wanted in a car and even though they didn't have the one I wanted on the lot, they found it at another dealer and got it for me in a couple days.
I was looking on line for a good used vehicle knowing I will need something be for October 2012 because of the old one I was driving had 195,000 plus miles on it and the state inspection will be running out and to not put anymore money into it I would just go get a new good used vhicle. I had seen what I wanted but the time was not right for me to make the move but the the old car just had enough and the timing chain failed and my old car was junk. Now time to take a look and see if that car was still around. Yes it was, It was at Walier Chevrolet. I filled out the on line request and just wanted to see if the dealer would call me about the car I found on line. The next day Tommy from Walier Chevrolet called be about the car he had on the lot and wanted me to come take it for a ride. I went up the next morning before i went to work and met with Tommy. A vary nice sale person he is. I looked the car over and took it for a test drive. The car was a 2007 Dodge Charger with vary low mileage only 19,000 miles. and what a great price. All the other dealers that had used Chargers wanted high dollars and they all had high mileage. I beleave this was a great find for me. Tommy and his sales crew helped me out I was down a car needed to get to work and they fixed me right up. I was always been a Chevy person but the last two cars I owned were Dodge. One day I will want the new Camaro and I will shop Walier Chevrolet when I do. We always remember how we are treated when we shop and when we have to pay so much for ower vehicles we shop ware we are treated like famaily and that is with Walier Chevrolet. I am a long time Toyota owner. I was recently the victim of an auto theft of my 2005 Sienna van. It had 230,000 miles and would have easily made 300,000. I went to Greenfield where Ive had that vehicle serviced for 11 years. The salesman Shane Barbato was so helpful in guiding me through the new car buying process. He was patient, well informed about the various models, and readily available to answer all my questions. a week after the theft I drove off with a new Vehicle, 2016 Highlander and couldn't be more pleased with the car and the process.
