We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

My mom and I had a great experience at the kar plus warehouse in pacoima. Very friendly staff and management. We were helped by car salesmen Richard who went above and beyond extremely kind and informative young man. He pushed so hard to get the car my mom desired truly can’t thank him and the owner enough for the assistance this past weekend. Javier as well was incredibly helpful with the paperwork to take the car off the lot. We are grateful beyond words. We were able to drive a car off the lot on Mother’s Day, I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car!
2020 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
Great work van, smooth, lots of power, fully loaded with Bluetooth phone connectivity, cruise control, power mirrors, audio controls on steering wheel! 6.0 V8 engine, lots of room in the Cab and Cargo area! Good looking van!

2013 Chevrolet Express 1500 review
If you are to purchase a new Express 1500, make sure it's AWD. I don't think the 2015 Chevy comes in AWD, so go for the Savanna GMC.
