I was able to buy a much newer car, only a year old, after my bankruptcy. I had been told that it would be a very hard thing to do and would need special financing but would really help rebuild my credit more than anything right now. I told myself I would never buy a Kia but it is necessary now to go to work. I was fired from a job just 4 miles away and drive 47 miles to and from work. I really wanted a Dodge Challenger and sold my BMW 330i to a private party. But my payments would have been much higher, actually now my payments are slightly lower than the 2006 was, and less total cost than I paid for the 2006 BMW (for the 2017 Kia Soul). I did not like the fact they took away the CD player, but they added Sirius XM satellite radio and I adapted by putting my music from the CDs to the computer onto my phone's SD card which I can play on Bluetooth.
I???ve never had to pick out my own car and was very nervous about going to get one. Luckily for me Ron made the process super easy and listened to my needs and wants. He was super kind to me and even carried an umbrella over me while it rained, when we looked at some of the cars outside. The effort Ron put into providing excellent customer service was unbelievable! I couldn???t be happier with the purchase of my new car! Thank you so much Ron!
My wife and I had been looking for a Fiat 124 but couldn't find one locally. I found a car at Buckeye online but wasn't expecting it to be easy. I couldn't have been more wrong. I worked with John Crosswhite and he was great. He was upfront with the price, which was great, and was very easy to work with everything was done by internet or mail. I had to fly to Ohio to get the car and he ended up meeting me by the airport with the car which saved me a few hours and got me home before the remnants of hurricane Michael came through Virginia. John is the first person I will call when I look for my next car.

Based on Jim Jarvis??? other reviews, I called to get additional information about a used truck. He confirmed it was still available and also emailed me some additional details. I told him I???d like to come see the truck but it would be the next day. He said he was going to be off but he referred me to Seth Poland. The truck was as described and the buying process was quick and easy. No high pressure by the sales or finance areas. I highly recommend Jim, Seth and Mike Fawcett. I was able to purchase a high quality used truck at a great price. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive!

All employees were very hospitable. Our sales rep was extremely understanding of our wishes and responded as best possible to give us a great deal in purchasing our truck. The no pressure sales attitude is a great asset when looking for a vehicle to purchase.
I appreciated that our salesperson was attentive, responsive, and friendly. Without resorting to theatrics or abrasive sales tactics. I also appreciated that they were concerned with both my comfort and with my well being during our interaction. It is always nice to experience genuine hospitality. Which was very helpful as the process in my case was exceedingly time consuming. Which was the only negative part of my experience, but one that was probably unavoidable due to my personal circumstances. That said the people I dealt with were both understanding, and showed the kind of empathy that helped to make the duration more bearable. Good people can always make a laborious experience seem so much less taxing.

The salesman I worked with was Kyle. I came in with a complicated situation and he worked many hours making sure I was able to get into a vehicle when most salesmen would probably give up. He was so polite and very determined to help me understand every aspect of what was going on and took the time to explain every detail to me. I have never had a better experience with a salesman than I had with Kyle. I would be very honored to come back and purchase a second vehicle from this dealership solely based on the dedication Kyle put into helping me! I walked on to the lot at Chevrolet of Wooster wanting to gather information about the new Silverado. I was met by Mr. Book. He was very informative on the models, he showed me exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. The whole experience was 5 STAR! Definately will go back when the need to buy arises.
I worked with Shane, who was quick at responding, and was nice enough to send me pictures via email and text. I selected to work with this dealership, as they had an unbeatable price. We ran into some struggles with my old/current lease in the middle of negotiations, that I wish could have been worked out before my drive there, but all was resolved.
