This truck met all of my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back, the ride is great compared to other trucks I tested. It has several USB ports, also it has a great navigation system in it.
I have enjoyed Silverados for 25 years. This is the 2nd worst truck I’ve owned. My next will be a dodge or ford. The price goes up but the quality goes down. At 40k catalytic converter went out. The dealer ship replaced it no problem. But that was as far as it went. They never checked the cause for it to go bad. Don’t know if I can trust them to correct the issue. This is a certified preowned. Why pay more money for a certified preowned? Just frustrating I don’t know if I can trust this truck for our family trip out west this summer

2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV Premier Review
Good EV option from mainstream automaker

Good option if looking at a low mileage, used EV. If buying new, the entry level options of the Tesla Model 3 are a better deal. The Bolt has intuitive and easy to use and understand controls and displays. The range indicators as in other Chevy plugin vehicles are very accurate and it is easy to beat the indicated and rated range. Acceleration is good and handling and ride comfort are both solid. I am 6' 0" tall with a thin build and the backrest of the front seats were not very comfortable for me. Seats felt like they were forcing me into a slouching posture. Other shorter drivers and passengers were comfortable.
I absolutely love this truck it has everything that I want and need it’s very stylish and reliable with tons of power you can never go wrong with this truck
The truck has a lot leg room, rides comfortable , all features work well.
We are very pleased with this purchase. Love the color. Liked the low mileage on the truck.
It's amazing how far trucks have come in the last 20 years. I thought my 05Hummer2 SUT was a Cadillac at the time, but my 2014 Chevy Silverado SLT Crew Cab is 10 times truck, not to mention comfort.
The 2500 hd gas version is reliable. However the 2500 diesel version is unreliable. My father had a 2014 chevy silverado 2500hd with the duramax engine. It broke down often. He hardly used it for work. Mostly just for weekends to go out . Never pulled ,towed or hauled anything with it. The reason he finally got rid of it was after the fuel system had a problem and it ended up damaging the internal parts of the engine . Factory warranty paid $8k to fix it. Luckily it was still under the 36k miles. So stay away from these duramax engines. The only reliable duramax engines are the ones made in 2006 .
Roomie and drives great.great gas mileage.handles good on highway.nice interior.good stereo system.I like the back up camera.really good heater.I'm really satisfied.I like the bucket seats and fog lights are really nice.
Good for price and third row,.lacks style. Newer models have bucket seats . Good family car that we had no issues with. Cheaper than Ford explorer with same reliability
If you prefer dealing with a courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, fair-minded, "quick-to-the-point" automotive sales team, we confidently recommend that you check out Virginia Select Auto Sales (VSA) whenever you're in the market for a quality used car at a fair price. The VSA sales team truly puts into practice the positive business philosophy described on their website.
Our buying experience at VSA was extraordinarily pleasant because we were treated with respect by each team member encountered. "High-pressure"/"shell game" sales tactics were non-existent!! Instead, each member of the VSA organization we encountered demonstrated a genuine understanding of the importance of customer appreciation & a desire to completely assist us.
Our high regard for VSA is validated by subsequent accounts that share a few highlights of our "VSA" buying experience.
Prior to officially visiting Virginia Select Auto (VSA) we had searched the Internet for well-optioned, low-mileage 2016 Ford Explorers & test driven examples at competing vendors. We had also made two (2) "Sunday, off-hour" visits to VSA for cursory inspections of candidate vehicles. These experiences, coupled with prior online research, acquainted us with the fair market value of our "Trade-In" and the vehicle we sought.
Upon our arrival, Customer Service Representative, Damian Garrett came from the sales studio to promptly & courteously greet us (attentiveness even before we could finish exiting our vehicle)!! His comprehensive knowledge/explanation of the features/options of the subject vehicle were extremely refreshing & helpful. Our "test drive" was not restricted to a limited-distance, "cold engine", slow-speed, punctuated "ride around the block". Instead, we were encouraged to thoroughly evaluate the vehicle's performance under operating scenarios we felt were important. All of our questions & concerns were acknowledged and appropriate follow-up with other VSA team members was made as soon as we returned to the showroom. After: 1) An explanation of procedures & policies VSA employs regarding selection & purchase of one of their vehicles; 2) An introduction to available extended warranty programs; and; 3) Completion of customer identification paperwork, we were introduced to Jerry Williams (Sales Manager), who handled presentation of the purchase proposal & negotiation of the final vehicle purchase agreement.
Jerry Williams also greeted us with respect & courtesy throughout the negotiating process which was cut to the chase immediately after our initial counter proposal (no long, arduous, anger-provoking, back & forth negotiating iterations here!!). He thoroughly explained the basis for VSA's initial sales agreement proposal, identified what was acceptable in our opinion, and successfully worked with his upper management to make possible acquisition of the vehicle under terms we felt were fair & amenable to both parties. It was great to reach a final agreement without VSA going through annoying, intermediate attempts at making an agreement that we were not going to feel comfortable with!!! after amenable sales terms were reached, Jerry introduced us to Blake Howery (Finance Director).
Blake tailored our extended warranty program review to options we had previously expressed interest in and didn't waste our time going through undesired alternatives. His explanations and answers to our questions clarified our understanding of the warranty offers at issue and aided our decision -making process. Subsequently, the purpose of each sale-related paperwork element was thoroughly explained before it was presented to us for signature. Adequate opportunity for questioning was afforded throughout the process.
Finally, while Damian was installing our license plates & helping us transfer personal belongings to our newly-purchased vehicle, another VSA staff member (with whom we had no direct contact on the showroom floor) also congratulated us on our purchase!! David & Cindy B
I worked with Aaron today and he made this decision so easy! I got a 2016 Jeep Patriot. He made the whole experience fun and easy. I've been searching for a new vehicle for the past year and wasn't satisfied with other salesmen, but Aaron was able to get me everything that I was looking for. He was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Thank you Aaron!!!!
Purchased an 2008 GT/CS that needed some repair work. Came out better then a factory car. It is now for sale. Beautiful car, new paint, Candy Apple Red. New original type tires. Tracks beautifully. Will sell for $15,000.
I have purchased five different vehicles for my family over the years, most of which being repairable vehicles, but my daughter's was a running & driving trade in. With every vehicle I've purchased from George, it's been a smooth process of finding exactly what we were looking for, including parts and labor, within a reasonable time frame and our budget. I continuously refer friends and family to East Coast Auto Source for their parts and vehicle purchases.
Bought this truck new. It only has 60,000 miles in 7 years. Everything works fine except for the DEF system for the diesel engine. It's been in shop 4 times for DEF sensors and each time cost me around $500 to $900 dollars to get it fixed. I will not drive too far from home because never know when the sensors will break. Never buy another chevrolet diesel.
