I was treated very well. They answered all my questions and gave me all the info on the pickup I wanted. They made me a fair deal and fixed a couple things.

The car is gorgeous but the dealership did not take good care of it nor provided proper teaching to any of its clients about how to maintain it. They just sold it and did oil changes but did not diagnose it correctly and even with the warranty did not do the right things to repair the car or treated us fairly. They are not trustworthy. The car is gorgeous and comfortable.

My car broke down in Sioux Falls. I called Billion Chevrolet and Reina from the Green Team was very helpful. She is very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my car and then called for a loaner car. When none were available, she took it upon herself to find me one from their lot. She went over and above her job to make sure that what was a stressful situation for me turned out to be a good experience. Thank you, Reina!

This is the most amazing and most comfortable vehicle I ever bought. It glides over pot holes. It has lot of features. This model has Android Auto, Bluetooth, Sirius XM, sunroof.

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

Had my first oil change today on an Equinox I bought in March. The first oil change was free along with tire rotation and they also handled a small recall item that I received from GM after my purchase. They don't schedule service work, and I was concerned there may be quite a wait. Pleasantly surprised I was able to get in within 15 minutes of my arrival and all service work, including tire rotation and the recall item were completed in about an hour. Very pleased with service work and amount of time needed to complete everything. Thank you!

Love the new design, the overall size is much bigger which is a bonus! I was considering a Suburban originally. Great new dash, sunroof is huge!

I had a 2017 Cruze manual and loved it. A careless driver rear ended me and sent me into another vehicle; totaled it. By the grace of Almighty God and a great GM design I walked away without a scratch. I went right out and bought my 2018. Dynamic Blue LT. Comfortable, zippy, easy driver, lots of toys. Great on long trips, HUGE trunk for travel gear, great gas mileage. Great 4 wheel disc brakes. I don't care for the auto-stop but I can get over that. It sits a bit low so my wife who had a stroke recently has a hard time getting out of the passenger side.

I used this car as a daily driver and bought it with 11,000 miles on the clock. These things are known for issues but with the proper maintenance you get a lot less of those it’s been a great car to me and hasn’t actually given me any of those issues so far. I love it.

Rainer answered my on line inquiry within a couple hours. His response was all service based and once he identified what I was looking for, he was all in; he arranged to have the vehicle I was interested in transferred to a different location, he was knowledgeable about the unit and was able to navigate the questions I had. Excellent sales/customer focus and he got the sale.

The best SUV I have owned yet! Spacious legroom in all 3 rows, the entertainment package was everything we needed. Only complaint is that the cargo space is smaller than expexted.

I found a 2013 Dodge Durango on Cars.com web site from Billion. It was listed with a special internet price that made it the best price for the options I wanted. I used the email option on the cars.com site for that vehicle to set up a test drive. After a test drive of the vehicle the price was exactly what I expected. I got the internet discount and drove away with a new vehicle. Excellent people and customer support for future upkeep and maintenance at this location. I would highly recommend this dealer to family and friends.

Meets all my needs. Great look and superb handling. Not a fan of the dash mounted shifter and for a tall person the legroom is not great. Should make the third seat an option only.

They were prompt to greet me in the lot. They gave me several communication options. I chose to text the salesman who in turn was very responsive and kind. The whole time I just had the feeling that they had my back. It was nice and I felt rare for the industry. Walked away with a great deal and even after I drove it off the lot they were responsive to some other concerns I brought up even offering free services and other items for the car at cost. Good place.

I fly out to S.D. to look at a great classic car. I met with Keith and he gave me THE VIP TREATMENT. He met me at the airport and gave me a tour of the facility. I saw the car and fell in love withit. Keith HAD ALREADY DONE all of paperwork to expedite the sale. But, after all of that, ( i got cold feet) and WALKED AWAY from the deal . I was EXPECTING HIM TO GET upset and just blow ME OFF. But, HE DID NOT DO THAT. After I returned home Keith continued to reach out to me and we negotiated further on price and a few more minor repairs to help incentivize the deal. I finally purchased the car. But MORE IMPORTANTLY I was SOLD by THE PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY EXHIBITED BY KEITH. IN OTHER WORDS. KEITH SOLD ME KEITH, THEN,I PURCHASED THE CAR. A GREAT EXPERIENCE .WE'LL DO ANOTHER DEAL SOON. Ordered a 2022 Chevy Suburban LT 4x4 with the Diesel Engine. Absolutely love it. Great power/performance, and we're getting 20-30 MPG. Average for the first 3,200 miles has been over 27MPG. Drove from Michigan to Florida and back and the diesel eats up the mountains. On the flat part of Florida 2 lane highway we managed over 30mpg. Extremely comfortable, plenty of space, and nice safety features too. Great ride and handling. If you need a big vehicle the Suburban with the Diesel is your best option.
