2022 Chevrolet Colorado review
I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

A couple of weeks ago I arrived at the truck stop in Brookhaven Ms only to discover that I would not be able to unload for 5 more days. I decided to rent a car in Brookhaven and drive over to Pensacola to see relatives I hadn't seen in over 50 years. A rental car was reserved on line and my family and I were excited about this reunion. When I called the rental car company to pick me up I was informed by there desk that no cars were available. I immediately starting call the local dealerships to inquire about rentals. This nice woman at a Brookhaven dealership told me she thought Keith White Ford rented cars. When I called them I was transferred to Diane in the rental department. She not only set me up with a car but she also helped me with a ride to McComb. She literally saved a reunion that was 50 plus years in the making. Thank you Diane, Jeffrey and Keith White Ford. The service was awesome. 2005 Chevrolet Colorado review
I have a 2005 Colorado LS Ext Cab 4X4 with Z71, Cherry Red Metallic. As of August 2025 , has 377,813 miles , and still driven every day. The 5 cyl gets 20 mpg around Town and 22 mpg on the highway! The 3.5 L has 95% torque from 1500 rpm to 6000 rpm, and excellerates well , easily cruises at 2200 rpm at 80 mph! I pulled a 5000 Lb rv from Branson, MO to Atlanta, GA averaged 14 mpg. Best Truck I have owned!

2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
I have had fords, GMC s, and Chevy trucks my whole life. I have to say that my 2019 6.0 Chevy 2500hd is the best truck that I have ever owned. I actually get a smile on my face every time I drive it. I like the way the interior is laid out. I love the room that it has in it. The electronics aren't over whelming in it. And it's so nice to drive. Now the fuel mileage is not the best. I drive my truck back and forth to work everyday and it's all highway and I'm averaging 15-17 mpg. But I drive it 70-80 mph. So if I slowed down it would, I'm sure do a little better than that. But the truck does everything that I need it to do really well. I pull our camper with it. I use it to get Hay for our cows. I haul cows and horses to and from auctions and shows. I love my truck and I will have it for years to come.
