I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! From the moment I contacted this dealership, Allen was especially attentive and was very thorough every step of the way. He gave me his undivided attention and explained every scenario before I purchased. Very transparent transaction. Went through all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable.
I went into Shuman Chrysler not knowing if we could make a deal or not, but thankfully we did. Tim Dalsasso was very helpful, he was patient as I asked the same questions over and over. It is one thing to read a lot and know technically know the trims and differences. It is another experiencing them. I can't say enough good things about Tim. They are not high pressure sales reps, they are non-commissioned sales reps that are really there to help. For me, I was buying a Pacifica the last day of the month in November. Trying to buy a car on the last day month sales could normally make a sales rep bring on a lot of pressure to meet a quota, especially in the last months of the year. But Tim could have not been any more laid back, patient, and informative. It was also nice having a nice chat with Chris Brough, the general sales manager and Allen Myers, another sales rep. I will definitely recommend friends, co-workers, and family members to buy from Tim. I appreciate the culture at Shuman Chrysler and I will be back in the future.
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
Rudy Desantis made it possible for me to buy my dream car! It was quick and painless. Drove 4 hours to see the car and I have no regrets. I've been telling all my friends how awesome my experience was and when my fiance buys a new vehicle he told me he would only like to deal with Rudy because he came with me and saw how hard he worked for me and how cool he was. Jim Schebil (President) was very accomodating and never wavered from original agreement. Our salesman Tom Gackle helped us with ordering and providing a smooth buying experience. Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience.
