Had an appointment with a sales consultant. He was very helpful and patient with my questions. I did not purchase from him - it was about the car, not the sales consultant.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

While waiting for my car to be serviced I was able to enjoy sodas, waters, other drinks as well as numerous snacks ranging from chips, packages of nuts, cookies, and more. Very nice.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

The part for our tail lamp needed to be ordered, so we were not scheduled for the repair for about a week. However, when the part came in, they made arrangements to get our vehicle fixed the next day. The shop waiting area was clean and coffee/tea was provided for us waiting on repairs.

A little more than we needed, but it has everything we need and then some. It should be comfortable when taking long trips. Like the SiriusXM radio.

The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Limited is an amazing automobile. My wife loves it, and I find it to be more comfortable than the past three Cadillacs we have owned. It has so many features that I could never recall all of them accurately. LOTS of bells and whistles and conveniences are readily apparent while driving and/or riding! Highly recommend.

From start to finish, Chandler was topnotch! He answered all of my questions, listened to what my expectations were and he delivered! CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.
