Went in with a check engine lite on my 2025 Ram 1500 and a recall service. Christen was incredibly knowledgeable about engine codes and the inner workings of my truck! They fixed the issue, sounded like a software issue. The parts for the recall have to be ordered. Not a problem. Everyone was nice and the waiting area was as well. I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !
