Justin was nice and easy to deal with. No high pressure sales. Paperwork went quick. They had a good selection of cars. No air in one building but they had fans
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I love my new tundra!! Thank you Ally for all the help! Go to Napleton’s and ask for her.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Napleton's Auto Park Of Urbana review
We were very happy with the treatment we received. Bianca was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure all of our questions were addressed.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Rick Ridings Ford review
The salesperson (Colton) was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the model I was considering, professional and zero pressure. The sale was completed in record time using online resources Colton suggested ahead of meeting at the dealership. Colton even completed the sale on his day off to accomodate my schedule. The finance manager was able to find a very low interest rate for financing, which was a great bonus. Overall great experience.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

We bought a 2023 GMC Acadia from Ridings during their recent tent sale. Kevin Briggs was our sales consultant and he went above and beyond to get our business and make it a comfortable buying experience. We enjoyed doing business with him and we are very satisfied with our Acadia. We will be Rick Ridings customers in the future. Thank you Kevin Briggs and Rick Ridings Ford. Terry and Deb Campbell

Rick Ridings Ford review
I was looking for a 2025 Mustang GT. I found one at Rick Ridings and dealt with Justin. This was the best experience with a car dealership I’ve ever had. I did not feel pressured by the salesperson or the finance department to buy extra options like I have with previous dealerships. It took me longer to drive to the dealership than it did to finish my trade-in and the paperwork for the new car. I am very happy with how Rick Ridings and Justin handled my car purchase and have told all of our friends that it is worth the 2 hour drive. They even gave me a gift at the end.

Rick Ridings Ford review
We have been going to Rick Ridings Ford in Monticello for several years for maintenance on our vehicles, and the service has been fantastic. So, when we wanted to buy a new vehicle, that's where we wanted to go. Kevin Briggs was wonderful to work with. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and kept us informed along the way. Once the vehicle was ready, the process was seamless in completing all the paperwork. The young man we met with concerning the finance documents was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient as well.

Jackson Ford review
Chrissy is absolutely wonderful to work with! She tries her hardest to make sure customers leave with the car of their dream. I have not-so-great credit and she went back and forth to make sure I got approved and had a monthly payment I was happy with. I strongly recommend talking to her if you’re in the market for a new or used car.

Andrick was very nice and very helpful. I don't have the best credit or a good down payment but he did everything possible to get me into a car. Very helpful!
