2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I love this dealership! I’ve have bought several pre-owned and new cars from this dealership. All the sales people and finance people are really friendly and knowable. And they answer my questions. I just recently bought a new Chevy Tahoe 4WD and I thought for sure I would drive Ricky Jamison my sales person crazy with all my questions and the changing of my mind on things, but he was patient and kind. The service department is also very kind and courteous. Being a woman it’s nice to be treated as a person when something goes wrong instead of the mental attitude that because I’m a woman I don’t know anything. I’ve been to several Chevy dealerships in Arkansas and this one by far is the best. Keep up the good work!

2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I had purchased one in late December as a surprise for my son; It was a remote purchase made completely via email and phone with a dealership in Oregon. The second Elantra was also a surprise but for my daughter. I had high expectations that a local purchase should be even easier than the long-distance one. After a somewhat cold interaction at another dealership, I contacted Crain Fayetteville. Mike Wallace reached back out and was responsive, not pushy, helpful, friendly yet professional throughout the entire experience. Not only did Michael make it easy, he was honest and transparent regarding every step of the process. The handoff to Zachary (finance) went smoothly, and he too was a delight to work with. They were in on the surprise, so they helped me get the windows tinted before the pick-up. We drove in - she was surprised - Michael showed her all the features while I wrapped up paperwork with Zachary. They were thorough but quick; no delay tactics to try and upsell me. 2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
