Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
I dread two things in life: buying a cell phone and purchasing a car or truck. It’s usually a long, frustrating, drawn-out experience. But not this time. Tarrell Lowe at Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram completely changed that for me. From start to finish, Tarrell was amazing — kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. If you’re someone who normally dreads buying a vehicle, I can’t recommend Tarrell enough. He made purchasing my new vehicle a very positive experience, and that says a lot. Thank you, Tarrell!

Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAMReviews
Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
I recently visited Scranton on Saturday April 18th for a family event and stayed with my sister in the hill section for the night. (I grew up in Scranton, so I'm there a lot) I was leaving early on Sunday morning April 19th - and decided to stop for gas before my return trip to Harrisburg, where I live. After filling up my tank, I got in the car - and started it up - and the wheel was locked or frozen. It wouldn't move at all. After researching google, chat gpt, my manual - the only option I had left was to call AAA and they ended up having to tow my 2023 JEEP Grand Cherokee to a JEEP dealership - so they dropped it off at your dealership. I was now stuck in Scranton for an extra day and missed work on Monday - nevertheless - I called your dealership first thing Monday morning and the girl who helped me - I forget her name - Jamie, Jeannie, was so very helpful, kind, respectful and told me a mechanic would call to get the story. Leon called me quickly and said - the garage was very busy with other vehicles and that he hoped to get to my JEEP later in the day. Finally at about 4pm - he called me and explained what happened - all computer software issues, vehicle under warranty - but he was great! Kept me in the loop throughout the day, she was wonderful - he was great! I just wanted to say those 2 employees kept me calm and not stressed or worried about my car. You just don't find great employees any more in the service industry ! Thank you ! - Mary Alice Gordon

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I read every review I could find before driving over here, the good ones and the one star rants, because those tell you more. Mostly what people said was that the process is boring and nothing weird happens, and honestly that matched my day exactly. Test drove two, picked one, financed through them because their rate beat my bank by a hair. Nothing dramatic to report and that's the compliment.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Tony at Fixl was amazingly helpful. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. It was easy to make an appointment to check out the car we wanted to test drive. The dealership was great with meeting us and with followup. We found them to be willing to have the car checked out further by a mechanic if we wanted. Thanks once again to Tony and Fixl Automotive of Saylorsburg.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I had a really wonderful experience in buying my2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership. John Manley was extremely responsive and made the process quick and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable buying the Jeep from 2 hours away without seeing it in person. I was leaving for a trip and hoped the dealership could complete getting the Jeep ready and all paperwork completed in a tight timeframe and they made it happen, and made it seem easy. I’ll be going back to buy my next Jeep there!
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Snell Auto SalesReviews
Snell Auto Sales review
I would highly recommend Snell's auto due to great customer service - including professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Specifically, Emily Brennan and Jackie Taylor who both listened to my needs, and helped steer me away from making the wrong choice (I was looking for a "beater" truck and was prepared to spend up to about $10,000 - and I had found one online which was there when I got there, but upon seeing it, I quickly realized it was not in good condition and it wasn't the truck for me). Emily helped me talk through xxxxxxand con's of moving into a higher price range (up to $21k) and she recommended the truck that I ultimately bought (a 2012 Ram in great condition with 125k miles) and I couldn't be happier. It's everything I wanted and more, and I feel like it was a fantastic bargain. I felt valued as a customer, and I've never had a better vehicle shopping experience. They even did the license plate, title, tags, etc. all right there - I didn't even have to go to a notary. Thank you Snell - keep up the great work!
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.
