This is the only KIA Dealer that would FIX a KIA that they didn't even sell! Not to just trade it in and rid of the problem,they have Fixed the problem on Bank 1 and are fixing the same problem on Bank 2! All under warranty that the seller would not FIX! Salem is not the place to Purchase a KIA! Unless you never have a problem! 10 yr 10000 mile warranty means nothing to them! If its 2 good 2 be true,it always has been for me! Cheep and Good don't go together! Never Has!

The Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership had a good selection and the salesman, Scott Ryer, was very polite and was knowledgeable about the vehicles. The showroom there was very neat and clean. I am definitely coming back here next time I buy a car.
My name is Curtis N. My wife and I purchased a new car from Berglund Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The customer service was excellent. James Hunt was our salesman and he was wonderful. He totally exceeded our expectations .we searched locally for a car but could not get what we were searching for.James went above and beyond to get us the car we were looking for at the best price possible. it was totally worth the 6 hour drive to pick it up. Thank you Mr. Hunt for your kindness and everything you did to make our purchase as smooth as possible.
We brought our 2017 Pacifica in for its FIRST visit since August 2016 when we bought it. Still not enough mileage for a real oil change, but it was time for state inspection so we had both the oil change and the inspection. All went well. Tried to find you to speak to you, but you were not available when we were there. Your "neighbor" said you were out for a late lunch, but we couldn't find you earlier and soon thereafter we left. Sorry to have missed you. We love our Pacifica, but are not in the market to replace our 2010 Town and Country at this time.
My husband and myself was very please with our deal we got at Nelson Ford. The salesperson Eric Friedhoff and Danny Hutchens were very helpful in helping to make our trade smooth. Really appreciate these guys and their help. Thanks

Loved this delership and everyone you walk by was very nice, Katrinia my salsperson did a great job, For a couple of daya I was a little worried until i check reviews on the car I bought and check ratings against other vechicle. I then felt good about buying this car and I love driving it. Its so beautiful

Jim Walker is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We are having a very positive experience. Jim went "above and beyond" to get us exactly what we wanted. I will definitely be back next time I buy a car because of how well Jim treated me.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
We have bought at least 8 Hondas from Woodson Honda and have always been treated with friendliness and courtesy. The salesmen are helpful and work diligently to make us happy! The way we are treated is the reason we continue to go back. Honda is the brand we love and have never had any mechanical issues with our vehicles.
Great customer services sales person and everyone there was so friendly will be back to buy another do recommend them to everyone prices are great
