Jacky Jones Ford of SweetwaterReviews
Jacky Jones Ford of Sweetwater review
I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from JJ Ford. My husband and I came in knowing things might not go exactly the way we hoped because we’ve spent years working to rebuild our credit after making some mistakes along the way. I was honestly a little apprehensive about whether they would even be able to make everything work. Carter Holmes went above and beyond to get it done. We knew the numbers might not be exactly where we wanted them, but he worked hard and was able to get me into the vehicle I really wanted — something I honestly wasn’t sure would be possible for us. Ben was also incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Both Carter and Ben made the whole experience feel comfortable and personal, more like dealing with friends than salesmen. There was no uncomfortable pressure, just genuine people trying to help us find a way to make it work.

Cleveland Ford review
Everyone was very professional and helpful. Had looked, read reviews on cars, and looked at histories, for several months on line. Visited several lots encountered a couple that I did not trust to stand behind their cars. But felt comfortable with Cleveland Fords dependability. BUT did not like that they told me one price only to go in and sign paperwork to find out they tacked on almost $1,400 for a package they put on all used cars. They did remove so bought car and very happy with it.
