I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Ben Bumpus at Moss Motor Company was honest in his representation of the vehicle in both online pictures and verbal description and phone conversations. He made the entire transaction smooth and easy, I never felt that I was being misled. This dealership is new to adding the Jeep and Chrystler line to their offering of Ford products, and yet everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Wonderful folks.

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

The only reason that buying experience is 4 stars is Kia Motor Finance after having bought 2 cars through them with no issues what so ever and a FICO of 808 wouldn't finance this one???? We did get a great interest rate through another lender, Kia you missed this one. As far as the buying experience goes it was fun. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I didn’t even get into the building yet and he was waiting for me to start on my car . They were all such awesome people and I felt so confident that my car and I were both in good hands . I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

We are still in the buying process but wanted to review now. Moss Motor Co is a rare find in today's car buying world. Everyone we encountered treated us nicely AND they were well versed in their job. We met Steve and Benny Moss, and were really fortunate to work with Tyson Lovelady. Tyson is a very nice person and he has outstanding product knowledge. He has been a very patient man! We have not seen that too often in our quest to purchase a vehicle. We would recommend Tyson and Moss to anyone looking for a good car buying experience.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

I have been around the block a few times due to my age. My experience began as I was in need of a good used vehicle with high MPG. There was nothing available in inventory but Mr Barnett had a 2017 Ford focus as a lease vehicle. It was offered to me for purchase. I bought the car with just a bit over 50 K miles. Drive train warranty was granted at no additional cost. An extended warranty was offered. I have never purchased such. Upon asking for a copy of the contract, I was impressed to find a one page contract that essentially said, you have a problem with your vehicle, bring it to me and we will fix it. Believing that the proof is in the pudding, I purchased the warranty. I should add here that I am a USMC veteran and have had experience with Mr Barnett in a veteran capacity and those experiences gave me confidence. Fast forward to today. My Ac died. I brought it in on Tuesday. Scott and his staff diagnosed, ordered a compressor and had it in, checked out and vehicle ready before noon Wednesday. This type of service in this industry is unheard of today. Everyone told me to prepare myself for the big shaft. The "shaft" I got was for Scott to drive the vehicle to me with a handshake thanking me for giving Barnett the opportunity to serve me. I am grateful and appreciate this outfit, they are second to none. You are a blessing to consumers and an honor to yourselves. Thank you, thank you, and God bless. Repeat customer for sure! BTW...I GET 40 MPG ON HIGHWAY

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Never in my adult life have I brought a car from a dealership where I told them my max price and they came back with a lower offer. Aaron one of the managers was the greatest. He said he would hook me up and he did just that. I definitely would recommend them hands down. Also no pressure.

Our 22 Wagoneer Series II is awesome. So quiet and the ride quality is like there's a layer of cream cheese between the road and the tires. Totally reliable, nothing but oil/filter changes. Super roomy and comfy interior.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!
