My 2020 charger sxt was brought brand new. I notice from day one the radio would go silent just for a second, I thought nothing of it but it still does it from time to time.

Great buying experience! I drove my car home same day and they drove the vehicle that I had driven back to me the next day! Had my first service done and called on a Friday was able to get it in that following Monday. They even picked my car up at 8:30 and had it back to me w/ everything done by 11:30. They texted me the pic of my car and the services they took care of.

Long story short I made a down payment that Didn't leave me stressed with monthly payments I without question could commit to. I love my Jeep had it about 6 months now. Pleasant, professional, and timely experience with Fishers Imports NW - with a few exceptions. They included a "Fishers Gold Package" which is simply the dealers fee of ~$600. (The typical dealer fee in Indiana is ~$200 according to AI). The used car we purchased was not adequately detailed (much dog hair which was addressed & spilled sticky substance on the back seat and carpet which was not). The GM/service rep were supposed to reach out to me on the Monday following the sale of the car regarding the cars alignment, they did not. I had to call them. The phone call was necessary because it wasn't clear from the dealer paperwork (that I had to request because it was not offered to me at the sale) what service they actually completed on the car. There was only a checklist that indicated "pass" on the items they had listed. I had to pay for a necessary alignment elsewhere.

This Xmas I decided to get an E300 for the wife. I went to Platinum auto in Alpharetta. I can assure you in more than 20 years I have been buying vehicles I have never had a better experience, from sales to support. First Caleb, the sales agent’s wife, was having some medial issues and this guy continued to provide me support remotely guiding me through the purchase. Once completed, like most auto purchases, nothing is ever perfect and that is when you determine the quality of dealership you are dealing with. Brent, the general manager, was an experience to be had. He jumped in at every turn to resolve any issues with the vehicle no questions asked no hesitation. To be honest, going back there to get another vehicle for myself. Brent the GM is now a friend; he was just that good. Already recommended a few friends in the NFL to the dealership. I strongly suggest, if you are looking for high end vehicle before you talk to anyone, please visit Platinum auto in Alpharetta, you will not regret it and it will be best auto purchasing experience you ever had

I was in from out of state for work. Car breaks down. (Battery just wore down after 4 - 5 years.) I was stuck. Technology these days limits the "just drop in a new battery" mindset of days past - or I would have. It seems "extra", but if I could give the service team at Morries 6 or 7 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Not only were they able to quickly get me on my way, but the "white glove" service that they provided throughout the process was unlike any that I have experienced from a service team at any dealership. From Eric, to Steve, to Zach - each one of the team members took time to listen to my questions, answer thoughtfully, and provide additional solutions and suggestions for down the road. Since I live a couple of states away, I did not buy my vehicle from Morries. But I can tell you this --- it I lived anywhere close to Minneapolis, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment.
