We came to Legend to see a van we found on Auto trader. I called ahead and John had it pulled up ready for us to see. He was awesome in showing us all the features and letting us take it out for a decent length test drive. He never pushed us to look at any more expensive vehicles we didn't want like most used car salesmen do. Mike in finance was awesome to work with as well. He made the whole process extremely easy. It was overall a very smooth transaction and we love our new Odyssey! Highly recommend Legend Auto Sales!

I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!
From the time I pulled up I was greeted with smiles and welcomed. The salesman was very informative and helped me pick out the best vehicle for my needs and that fit my budget. I had a wonderful experience from the greeting to signing the final papers.
Went here on a whim after briefly looking at some cars online. Leo and the rest of the staff got me into a much newer car than I was expecting to get. They helped me through all of the paperwork and explained anything I didn't understand very thoroughly! I definitely recommend Del Sol based on customer service and finding a car that fits your needs!

I had such a wonderful experience with Sean. I came in looking for a new car and was super limited on funds due to a significant unexpected life change. I was a little discouraged because I found a car but the down payment was too high. I told him what I could do that day and him and Robin worked for several hours running through their entire inventory and running my numbers to find me the right car. I thought it would be just a running car. Not very nice but I just needed something. When Sean pulled up in my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra i almost cried. I never owned a car so nice. I didn't have enough down to purchase a warranty but they offered me gap insurance at no extra monthly. Buying used cars can always be a risk but I felt Sean really wanted to genuinely help me.
This has been the easiest, most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Lee Bontempo made every detail clear and easy to understand and was so very kind. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and particularly recommend Lee for making the whole process smooth and pleasant. Thank you SO MUCH Lee!

I had rented a new Ford 250 to travel to California and pick up my horses - 2050 mile round trip. I have driven p up trucks before, but not a diesel. Was advised by rental Co Agent that I would have to insert 2? small containers of Diesel fuel additive within the first 500 miles. Was confused about the process. Saw Lakewood from the highway decided to ask someone there about buying additive. Drove up and talked to employee Sam. Very friendly and approachable person. He checked with several knowledgeable people in the shop. It was determined that a gallon should be inserted and would last 5000 miles. That was promptly done. When I insisted in paying for the additive Sam said it was free. No amount of pressure worked in my wanting to pay. I was going to bill the rental agency. I told them that Lakewood is a great group of people. Their kindness and treating me like I was a valuable customer, when I was not, was a thermometer of their approach to customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a Ford car or service I strongly suggest you go to Lakewood. They made not only my day, but my trip. Shannon Sylvia Blaine, Wa
