Bedford Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Bedford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Great salesman named Ken Hodge! Delivered everything as ordered and kept a personal relationship that was greatly appreciated. The owner of dealership Vincent O'DOARDI personally over saw everything for the lease and return of my 2022 Dodge Ram Laramie. This personal attention to detail made my choice for my wife's grand wagoner a no brainer. Two vehicles in less than a month. You want the best service with a personal feel, chose BEDFORD DODGE, PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY! THANKYOU

I have never had a bad experience here and I have been coming for 9 years. Everyone is so pleasant and nice and never rush you and will take time to explain all your concerns. Plus the bagels are great and the place is always clean.

Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
The customer service at Bayside Jeep is beyond the BEST!! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. My 10 star rating for the service department starts with Jay, Brian & now Jimmy. The young woman who schedule appointments & answer the phones are delight. And a big shout out to the most polite valets who greet you !! As Tina Turner sings “SIMPLY THE BEST”

This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. It was most definitely a pleasure to do business :) THANK YOU FAIRS OAKS TEAM (Mr. Herman, Danny, Melvin and Adam)
