Used 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan for sale near Ocala, FL

I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two. Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah! Great overall experience.

Fadil, my service manager was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions. The repairs were made in a timely manner. I have used PCDJR for the last three years and plan on using them in the future.

Our family loves this van. Performs great in the winter and feels very safe and comfortable. Great on gas especially for the amount of power under the hood. Once this one dies, I'm buying another without a doubt.

Purchase new driving the company car put 200 miles on it per day comfortable lots of legroom storage used for work bang for the buck just make sure you get the lifetime warranty on if you plan on keeping it for a long time.

Roomy and not overpriced. Conveniences but not not over optioned. Doer, not a looker. Can haul a lot of people or stuff. Gets groceries and the mulch pile.

Made and appointment for my scheduled maintenance on my 2023 Rogue. Got checked in and the service was done in a very reasonable time. Mike our Service advisor recommended a lesser priced but better option on wiper blades that I needed replaced. Appreciated the suggestion. I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Was very happy with the repairs on my jeep.I just wish the warranty would have covered more. It is also nice to know that all the work done is under warranty for two years.

Dropped off my 2018 Sonata cause the check engine light came on. A few days later got a text saying i needed a Engine Wire Harness + other items but totaling over 4k$. So i call to see if it was under warranty. They call the warranty people and say they will get back to me on Friday 1/19/2024. Friday they call and let me know car is ready to be picked up. I only paid 100+$ for oil change works package. Turns out the tech mixed up cars can you believe it? Just happy i dont got to pay a fortune to have it fixed.
