I hate shopping for a new car because some salesmen are very pushy. I am never forced into anything I do not want at Northtown Kia. They always understand my needs and work with me so that the payment fits in my budget. All the people I come in contact with are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I had been causally searching for a new F-150 online and Basil popped up in my search. I fell in love with the 2015 Platinum F-150. Drove 315 miles (one way) to trade in my truck, which Joe gave me what I would have gotten if I had sold it privately. Kire is the man! He is the glue that kept the transition running smoothly. With the help of Amber and Rob, I would definitely recommend Basil to anyone and would come back!

They went out of their way to help my mom and I get the financing paperwork signed making special arrangements for my mom who was recouperating from a serious car wreck a few weeks earlier and then helping me to get a ride to pick up the new vehicle. I contacted WH regarding a used vehicle I saw on Cars.com. They followed up (several times) with calls and offered to bring the vehicle to dealership closer to me. I haven’t received confirmation of this but when I get it, I will be impressed and grateful regardless if I buy a vehicle from them! They are persistent but impressive.

Professional staff that worked hard to make us happy. This is the second vehicle we purchased from them. Really happy with both purchases. Also, they really stand by their cars. Any issues after the purchase, they will work with you to resolve the issue. For example, a few days after purchasing my daughter’s car the remote locks were not working right. They simply said, bring it it and we’ll take care of it.
Highly recommend this place!! No pressure, no gimmicks. My salesman Justin was friendly and knowledgeable and the owner went above and beyond in finding a car to suit not just our needs but our taste as well. I will definitely be back and recommending them to friends in the meantime.

Had a great experience buying a used car from Steven after my car was totaled. He was very helpful and not pushy at all like some other car salesman I had encountered. He was very transparent and put up with my many questions like a champ!
Inquired about a truck on Friday,very quick communication from Adam at the dealership. Barbie in finance was very helpful.Brought the truck on Wednesday, literally 10 minutes at the dealership. Live 340 miles away Adam had Dave waiting for me at train station,very professional. Just a very good experience, will be doing business with them again.L

Worked with Lionel. As I had to travel about an hour to the dealership I greatly appreciated the fact that they would work with me to find a deal the allowed everyone to be satisfied. Lionel was available but did not apply the pressure tactics. Nice to feel like a customer and not a number or piece of meat. Will definitely look to Hartway in the future. Well done.
Everyone from Ken, Mike and Brian were GREAT!!! Buying a vehicle there was amazing!!! STOP and see them, they even give $100 if someone refers you to the dealership. The 2018 Chevy Silverado is amazing too!!
