I have been buying cars at Nesters for over 30 years , and they have always been great to work with.
They will go the extra mile to help, if a new or used car or truck. I drove 75 miles to deal with them !

We love this car for our family. It is incredibly spacious, the interior is beautiful. Drives very smooth and has many gadgets for the family.
Russ and Jasmine always take very good care of our needs. The service departments customer service goes above and beyond all others.
Better mileage, roomier than expected

So far, this minivan has exceeded my expectations. Better mileage than I expected- 23 mpg- those are not highway miles. A 4 x 8 sheet of plywood fits in the back easily with the seats stowed. My Mountain bike fits easily standing up.
Even though I bought another truck, Tom was great and helpful with answering my questions.
Stow n' go seating is the bomb!

Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.
Robert made the car buying experience super easy. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. I can???t thank him and his coworkers enough for their help and care. Much appreciated 😀
Even After 250K+ Miles, Still Going Strong

This is a follow up review to my first one, back in 2006. Our van has been great. No major problems. Still running on the OEM motor and Trans. I do all the maintenance myself, which surprisingly isn't all that hard. The interior looks great. I've added a wood dash kit, new touch screen DD radio and new head liner. Mechanically she's been great. She burns about a qts. of oil every 2K, which I think are bad valve steam seals. Outside of that, just the normal wear and tear stuff that needs replacing with owning an vehicle of this age. I drive her about 2K per month and she is still fun to drive. We've transported our five kids around town and on road trips. My home improvement supplies. Even have moved furniture. My only issue is the rust. I've been working on replacing the rusted body panels with new metal for the last 3 yrs. now. (My time is limited) I believe she can make it well over 300K easily. The key is to change the fluids as recommended, do the preventive and maintenance on time.
Friendly, professionality for all employees parts service and sales. Obviously owners place a premium on employEe,s taking good ca'r'e of customers.

Good family car for the price , you get what pay compare to other brands of minivans , not bad at all , but they need to update the model , the new 2019 is the same same , and they should add ad optional AWD

Drove this twice as a rental

As title suggested, I had drove this car twice now for longish distance driving.
In terms of practicality, family did not complaint so that's a positive. My only negative is the boot a bit small compare to our Passat.
As for driving experience, I had and will continue to say it's a bit like driving a tractor. The wheel was relatively heavy comparing to all other cars I had drove. Given that I can confidently drive it at night for 90 miles from San Diego back to Orange County so maybe it does deserve some credit on handling department. The braking is ok but if you drive sensibly then I don't think it will be an issue. If you do blindly follow, aka tailgating, I have no confidence in its reactive time, anyway just don't.
Overall, a good people carrier but don't expect any fun driving experience.
Rick and his crew did an awesome job on my truck. Paint and repairs were perfect and done quickly ‼️ I will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks again for a fantastic job
Love my minivan

I never used to like minivans but now that I own one I don't know how I lived without it. Plenty of leg room, comfy seats, seats 7 so we can take the grandkids in one vehicle. It has the stow n go seats so I can still haul things. Absolutely loving it!!
So I love my new car but. I don't like it when I get taken for a ride. Got my car knowing it had a new motor put in it . New being a different one . Don't know who I delt with sorry I forgot his name . When I asked about how many miles we're on the new motor I got the story well shouldn't be much more that what was on it oridganaly. Car had around 42000 miles so after we got all the paperwork done still no answer on the miles of the new motor. Well long story short it had around 58000 miles on the lol new motor. Paying alot of money for this car should have got a better deal feel taken . But would like to mention something Boyd was awesome took great care of me guess maybe he should be running the show just saying. And the Yung lady in the kalkaska office was great to but that's it
2008 was a bad year for the Dodge Grand Caravan
by Tony E. from Monticello, IN

We have spent almost $4500 in less than a year on our van. The heating and cooling system went out twice. We had to repair bushings that should not have failed so quick. The interior and the options are excellent. The video entertainment system rocks! Yes, we bought the van used but it only had 72,000 miles on it. It was bought locally and we are the second owners. You know buying a house is the biggest investment a person makes. Buying a car is second. Why do the big 3 automakers get away with fading paint, rusted doors, and vans like ours that breakdown at the drop of a hat!!! I’ll never buy from the big 3 again. The KIA Sorento is my next vehicle. I put 200,000 miles on our old Sorento without going to the shop once. 2008 was the first year for the Dodge Grand Caravan. STAY AWAY!!! Pick another year but not the 2008!! Also, you can’t check the transmission fluid. The dealer has to check it and it costs around $75!!
Derek and Boyd went above and beyond my expectations! They were very friendly and very helpful! They can get you approved right the way and they have a nice quiver if vehicules to test drive! My only drawback was the warranty of the vehicule witch is not very clear but they did awesome! Kudos and thank you!
This is my 4th Grand Caravan over 30 years

I use it primarily as a people mover for shuttling people around. The basic vehicle has performed pretty well. Beyond the normal maintenance, we've had to replace the rear a/c unit as it developed leaks. Also, the Uconnect system has given us headaches as it corrupts the phone directory downloaded from my phone, and Chrysler wants to charge a very unreasonable amount to replace it, even under warranty. This van has shown a little more rusting than my previous owned caravan, especially around the windshield .
Anytime we have had dealings with everyone there it has been above and beyond. From late evening texts to and from the salesman to late evening appointments with the finance team northpointe does all they can to work with you and answer your questions. We were aware of every step our salesman was at in the car buying process and I was amazed! We live over an hour away and passed several other dealers to come to northpointe strictly because of their attention to detail and excellent customer service! Car buying isn't my favorite process and both boyd and Tim made it unforgettable. We have now purchased two vehicles from northpointe and will be back for more. Thank you to everyone that assisted us! You are all truly great people!
Exceptional purchase for the timing and need

I'm very happy with the mileage price ratio. There are clear signs of vehicular trauma however the vehicle seems to have been moderately to well repaired (first 30 days review).
The guys at the Traverse City lot are awesome! I'm super happy with my vehicle. I will most definitely be telling my friends and family to check them out.
Stow and Go Seats Makes It So Versatile!
by JWIndy from Indianapolis, IN

This mini-van is roomy and comfortable for short or long trips! It has been extremely reliable. No issues, just typical maintenance items. The stow-n-go seats allow you to haul really large things, just like a truck. Very handy!
Jared and Robert were great. Went above and beyond to make this happen for me. So excited about my new vehicle. Never thought I'd be able to get anything so nice. You guys are wonderful. Great big thanks.

This car has been great for us. Very dependable and comfortable. It's a very nice family vehicle. Hate to sell it but we need a bigger vehicle.
