Nothing but the best experiences every time I've been to Victory! Staff is friendly ,prompted , and accurate with their service and sales ! Jason Allen and the rest of the staff were the absolute best! Jason assisted me in gathering everything I needed because I had prequalified for a vehicle and live 3 hours away. They held my vehicle with a small deposit. When I got to the dealership Jason took me on a test drive. When we got back to the office he processed my paperwork and I went to financing. Before I knew it Jason was handing me my keys to my new vehicle and I was headed back home! I HIGHLY recommend AutoWorld of Conway for your car buying needs and please ask for Jason. He was AWESOME!
My grandmother needed a new vehicle. Usually buying a car is a totally stressful experience-but not this time. The salesman, Mike Rowe, made the entire process totally stress and worry free. She wanted a Cadillac and was he was able to find the perfect car for her. There were no hidden surprises or complications and she could not be happier with her car. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I meet who needs to buy a car and is worried the process will be too stressful. Mike Rowe definitely made my grandmother a satisfied customer!
My shopping experience with Victory and in particular, my salesman Keith and General Manager, Reza was truly the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. A.J. was wonderful in the finance department and myself and my family will be purchasing all our vehicles in the future from Victory. You can tell that this is a company that cares about its customer service.
After traveling 5 hours from GA our transmission started slipping. They were the nearest dealership to our location. Upon arriving within 30 minuets they knew what was wrong and had us an estimate for repairs. With parts needing to be ordered they had us picked up by a rental car company and we ever got a dealer discount by using there company name. Our Yukon was finished and ready for pickup within 24 hours. Service was better and faster than expected. We really appreciate the above and beyond service we received from Jason and Jack!! Way to go guys your definitely an asset to that dealership. May God richly bless you for your kindness.
The guys here help us so much! I just got laid off from my job a couple days after we got the truck. I was completely a mess wondering how I was going to afford this truck now. Calling Jeremy non stop trying to find out what we could do, the general manager asked to speak with us. In the end they filled the truck up with gas, and is helping us with our first payment to help me get on my feet! That was one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me! Along with all the prayers and words of encouragement, I walked out of there feeling very grateful for these people! They have truly blessed us and this I will never forget! Thank y'all so much!
